Everything works fine except for that hard drive was corrupted and the controller they sent has drift third reason it is time starts because I know how to replace it which means you have to take it a part and an solder the board

Excellent purchase, fast shipping. Bought this as refurbished and it looks new. Started right up, no problems setting up console, added my PSN account and was off and running. Works awesome, better than described. Will definitely be doing more business with seller. A+++

Hopefully your results will be better. The PS4 came with no padding on the top and no tape of the box. When I plugged it it it came up in Japanese language with an unknown button and an ok. I chose the unknown button thinking it would continue … but after that it did nothing . I packaged it better than I received it and sent it back … was not able to try the controller … it did have all the cables … but I could not get it to work. The picture is exactly what I received - as you can see there is space and no padding :(

Console was listed as “excellent“ and it is exactly that. It looks absolutely pristine. Shipping was faster than what was listed, service was fantastic, great communication when I had questions. I can see why they’re a top rated seller. Definitely make sure you choose these guys if you’re gonna buy something in their line of expertise some of these sellers are not keeping up their end of the bargain. These guys deliver.

I ordered a refurbished PS4 pro to replace my aging original model console. It arrived quickly and seems to work properly in most respects. Unfortunately, the Blueray player doesn't seem to work at all, and I will need to test it with physical game discs to see if it reads them. Considering the price, this is disappointing, to say the least, as I have used my old PS4 as a Blueray player for a long time.I will continue trying to see if I can get it working properly, and hopefully I will be able to, but I really shouldn't need to do that for a product that was advertised as being in excellent condition, with no listed defects.

My Sony PS4 Pro arrived 2 days earlier than the projected delivery date. The condition of the game console is absolutely flawless! I almost couldn't believe it! It was as if I had purchased a brand spanking new item from a local brick and mortar store. The box it came in was in pristine condition. It was well packed and well protected with lots of packing paper and bubble pads. It was if the Gods of shipping, and gaming had smiled upon me! There were zero imperfections! Not a single scratch on it! No dents! No dings! Not even a fingerprint, or a smudge mark! The same goes for the controller. No scuffs, scratches, or any damage whatsoever! Not even that greasy residue from skin oils and Cheeto dust that you usually see on a used controller! The console runs like it's brand new! The power cord, HDMI cord, and USB controller charging cord all appear to be brand new, or at least rarely used. I couldn't ask for a better quality used item! I love it! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! Y'all know what time it is? It's game time time baby!!

Excellent PS4 System. FYI the controller it comes with is not a real ps4 DualShock controller. My psvr camera did not detect the sensor in the controller. I could not play certain games due to the controller it came with. I had bought a ps4 controller from Sony and it worked just fine. Beware of the EAC logo on the back of the controller as it might not work for games that require psvr and controller tracking. Attached are the pictures of the controller I received and the controller I had to buy separately from Sony.
