The aquapurr is a dream come true, especially if you have older cats or cats with kidney problems, or cats who love to drink out of the tap. My cats all immediately started drinking from it and they love it. We have always used water fountains with submersible pumps, and we still use a couple of good ones, but the water fountains do have to be fully cleaned 1-2 times a week. This item saves tons of time and is clean.Fresh clean water is incredibly important for cats, especially as they age or as the kidneys begin to go.VERY EASY TO INSTALL: There are extensive instructions on set up and the seller provides the tools you need to remove your existing aerator, along with multiple standard replacement pieces(so you have the right size) - it took me only 10 minutes to set this up, and most of the ten minutes was me trying to loosen my faucet aerator (we have hard water, and it was "welded" on with minerals).WORKS GREAT: As mentioned my cats love it and constantly ask to use it. The sensor feature doesn't work for us because of the location I've placed the aquapurr. This is not a flaw in the product, its a function of my bathroom counter not having enough space, and the faucet the cats like to use.SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE: The manufacturer offers multiple ways to reach them, and they reach out to you to make sure its working as intended. They want you to have a good experience with their product.My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner for our recently passed boy, who in his arthritic years, struggled to drink from the faucet, but still insisted on using it every day. I feel enormous guilt for not having this around when he was in the last year of his kidney failure, when fresh water sources are so crucial.I will have multiple aqua purrs in our home, it's the best method to get your cats fresh, flowing water and its incredibly easy to use. Don't wait, get this for any kitty who likes to drink from the tap, or who needs fresh water sources.I do have a cute video, but I can't upload it right now, will do so at a later time.

The media could not be loaded.  This product is perfect and works exactly how it is supposed to! I am extremely happy with it! The flow of water is adjustable and you can turn the lid to where you want the senor to be activated. I do not have experience with faucets but this is easy to set up! The inventor of this product even sent different size faucet fixtures and a hose cover(in case your pet would chew on the hose). Way to go for proactive problem solving....avoiding installation problems! I'm very impressed!I am so relieved this product was not a gimmick! So worth the money! I have told everyone I know about this. You never know what your getting when purchasing from Amazon but please take my word for its greatness! I have been using it for a month and not one problem! One of my cats are afraid of water but drinks from this and gets wet and it's almost like he is bathing from it......LOVE IT!

Hemmed and hawed about buying this for over a year. I wish I hadn’t waited so long because I LOVE IT!! My girl will only drink from the sink and I won’t leave water running for her. She seemed to have an aversion to drinking out of a bowl….until we bought this, of course. Silly girl.We’d previously been using a water fountain faucet attachment for her that I rigged to put out only a small stream. She would never simply lick the water but had to turn her head and let it pour into her mouth. We moved not long ago and haven’t remodeled the bathroom yet so the sink situation is much different and with her becoming a super senior kitty (she’s 15) it was difficult for her to get into that position so I glued an oxygen tube end to her already rigged water fountain and brought it higher with some scrap wood.And what luck that the end of the oxygen tubing fits perfectly over the tip of the water fountain end without any gluing required. It was great the new fountain slipped right into her tubing situation (see photo). Now to get her to understand it comes on by itself. Thought that might be tricky with her aging brain but had some luck there too as she wandered in there on her own without me present and it came on for her. Excellent! No training period required and I wasn’t ever part of the getting water equation.I did have to use the enclosed screw driver to really turn down the motion sensor since I didn’t want it coming on with our passing through the bathroom. I was very impressed with the plethora of tools, etc. enclosed to fit just about every sink situation. I was impressed I had everything I needed right out of the box to get it up and running right away.I did run into one issue on the plug needing replacement due to what seemed to be factory weakness in the plastic. Customer service was fast and efficient and I had the replacement part very quickly!Yes, this fountain might be on the higher side monetarily but I say it’s worth every penny. When you no longer have to get up in the middle of the night multiple times because your aging kitty with kidney disease needs water…..priceless.The only "con" that's not really a con I might throw out there is the water tube would be great to be able to extend to different heights. I know that's based on my current kitty's needs and her weird way of drinking. One can simply raise the entire faucet up higher which could work depending on how the kitty drinks and if they stay in range of the motion detector. Perhaps different heights of decorative stands could be offered as a side purchase.If you are on the fence, I'd go for it!

I usually don’t write any reviews. But I need to say something about this product. If You have a cat and you care about it’s health, you need this product. I bought it 2020 and it worked perfectly for me and my cat. He just drinks from running water. The costumer service is great. After 3 years one part got broken Bc of my two kids that not be gentle with opening the faucet. I tried to find the part every where but no luck. At last I just emailed the company AquaPurr to get some information. Steven got back to me ASAP and gave me an option of replacement part. And kept tracking to see I got my order. I am very grateful of him. Thank you.

I am going to start by saying I have Tortie cat which means she is an A hole who loves water and loves knocking water over. I live in an older house with a 50s sink so I was a bit confused on how to set this thing up.1. I WAS ABLE TO TEXT THE CREATOR OF THIS PRODUCT AND HE GUIDED ME THROUGH SET UP!!!!!!!2. Once I got set up, my tort was already drinking out of the tap. She caught on right away. This being said, the first night I woke up to a very wet bathroom floor because my tort is an a hole and loves to play with water. I ALSO FORGOT TO SECURE THE TANK WITH THE COMMAND STRIPS.3. I attached the tank to a container and had to put tape on the lid because my tort kept taking the tank apart.4. SINCE ATTACHING THE FOUNTAIN PROPERLY AND SECURELY, I have had no issues and both of my cats are hydrated and stopped asking me for tap every two seconds. This is important because my male cat has had urinary crystals in the past.THIS IS THE BEST WATER FOUNTAIN INVESTMENT EVER! I have literally gone through every cat fountain out there which has ended up destroyed or unused.The water is so clean from this fountain (I have used it myself while brushing my teeth)Thank you thank you thank you for inventing this amazing cat fountain!!!!!!

Au début, mon chat en a eu très peur, il refusait de s'en approcher. Le petit bruit que l'aquapurr fait en s'activant l'a fait fuir à de nombreuses reprises. Ça a pris plus d'une semaine avant qu'il s'y habitue et comprenne comment ça fonctionne. Maintenant qu'il n'en a plus peur, il l'adore! Il est souvent rendu sur le comptoir en train de boire de la bonne eau fraîche et délaisse son bol d'eau! L'ajustement précis du débit d'eau est très utile pour faire couler l'eau exactement comme mon chat l'aime.J'ai eu peur de regretter de mon achat au début, mais maintenant je le recommande pour tous les chats qui aiment boire l'eau du robinet!Ps: Prendre note que j'ai dû payer un supplément de 30$ de douane lors de la livraison dont je ne m'attendais pas

I've had this water machine for 9 months now, and this is an absolute life changer. I've never had to clean the water fountain, nor do I need to refill it, literally just set it and forget it. That being said, in the first month or 2, the cats will need time to get used to, so there were a few mishaps, but after that everything was great

This is the easiest set up and functions purrfectly… my bowling ball drinks to her hearts content and I don’t get attacked every time I wash my hands etc… or get yelled at for leaving tap on.She used it on her own within 2 days…. Highly recommended! I am also a veterinarian and this will keep your cat well hydrated. Much healthier than recirculating bowls which build grime and bacteria quickly…
