I’ve been dealing with a trigger finger injury, and this combo of the finger splint and ice packs has been a big help in managing the discomfort and supporting my recovery. The splint is well-made and provides good stability without being overly bulky. It’s comfortable enough to wear for extended periods, especially at night when my symptoms tend to flare up. The finger ice packs are a great addition—they’re easy to use, fit well around the finger, and deliver targeted relief. After using them, I’ve noticed reduced swelling and stiffness, which has made a noticeable difference in my daily function.

The ice pack helps relieve my thumb pain. I have trigger finger and tendinitis in my thumb. I use the ice pack all day even when it’s not cold it helps alleviate the pain. The splint does not fit your thumb properly so I only use the ice pack.

I broke my pinky finger on my left hand. It was pretty painful and using tape wasn’t working well. I found these and they worked amazingly well. When needed, the ice pack portion were great as well. I wore the splint for roughly 2 months. I bought a few of them and have them around the house and even still in my car. I highly recommend them. I would definitely have a minimum of two so that you can wash one and wear one. I had more than two as if one got wet during the day, they dry, but don’t dry all that quickly, so it was nice to have a spare.
