I just started my second bottle and I have to say that these pills are a gift from God, literally (all natural ingredients) and figuratively. I wanted to wait a while before posting a review so that I would see if there were actual results. Ladies please believe me these pills work! A little background, I had several large fibroids removed surgically 4 and 1/2 years ago and was told that they could return. To my dismay, I am going through the same thing again (2 fibroids not as large but still causing me problems). However this time I decided that surgery was not going to be an option and I did not want to be put in "early menopause" with hormones as my doctor suggested. I began my search for a natural way to cure what was ailing me. I found these pills and thank goodness I did. I started taking them as soon I opened the amazon box (2 that evening and 2 the next morning and so on). About a 1/2 hour after taking my first dose (yes first dose) I began bleeding heavily (sorry for TMI) and I felt this strange pulling sensation in my stomach. This bleeding continued for a couple of days but then got less and less. A few days after starting the pills I noticed that a pain I had been living with for about a year had subsided. I thought this pain was from exercising every day and getting old...ha not! I realized that the fibroids were causing the pain in my back. Needless to say the pain is gone and has not returned. As far as the bleeding is concerned, I stopped taking my birth control pills and after I had my menstrual cycle no more spotting. I honestly feel so much better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was so distraught before taking these pills and now I feel a sense of relief. My intention is to continue taking these pills (one in the morning and one in the evening because my symptoms have subsided and they aren't cheap) and then getting a follow up ultrasound to see the status of my fibroids. If they have shrunk, which by the relief of symptoms they must have, I will gladly give the name of these pills to my doctor so she can pass on the great news to other women in my situation. I will also tell any woman that has fibroids or knows someone that has fibroids how these pills have helped me. As a side note, I also started putting progesterone cream (purchased through Amazon) on my stomach and lower back a couple of days ago to help balance out my estrogen production. I believe the reason I keep getting fibroids is because my body is estrogen dominant and being as though fibroids are estrogen dependant, my estrogen excess is the perfect environment for them. I only just started taking it as previously stated so I can't say that it's done anything yet but I figured I'd put it out there. Good luck ladies!

**update: I'm on the 13th day of my period. It was light the first 7 days. Then days 8 and 9 were heavy. I'm lighter again but I'm still getting small clots a few times a day. I'd wish my period end already, the only upside is that I didn't feel pain during this period. **I've been taking these pills for about 4 weeks after my last cycle. Before the pills I had periods for about 8 days. The first four days are the heaviest, however, my messiest and most painful days were 2 and 3. I had to change a pad every hour. I usually have to take 2 days off from work each month. I'm almost 41 yrs old and since taking these pills as instructed, I noticed my sleeping pattern has improved and my swollen belly has gone down a bit. I have uterine fibroids however I don't know if they've shrunk yet. I started my period yesterday but it's super light so I'm not sure if it's irregular. The only side effect I have is at times I feel friction in my vagina. The only way I could describe it is like when you wash your vagina with the wrong soap or when you wear a tight thong and it rubs your front. I'll provide an update next month.

Let me first say I never give reviews. I hope this help someone so here is my testimony OMG! Thank GOD I found Fibro Defense. Healing Herbs from God's green earth that heals the root of what is causing fibroids in women. I was diagnosed with having fibroids years ago even had surgery to remove one in my early 20's (myo). I didnt know I had a fibroid it was found during a routine well woman visit back then & it was big to so the doctor took it out & i was fine. When I hit 34 more came back 5 to my dismay but never had bad symptoms until this last year I had heavy bleeding, cramps & clots further I had a pain on my left ovary for years when I laid on my back I could feel the fibroids I was so frustrated & miserable. Now I only gave this 4 stars because during my 3rd bottle my period didn't come just had a doctor appointment on August 1st because of no period since May 29th my Ob tested my hormones ☹not pregnant YET really thought I was but my obgyn perscribed me Progesterone 200mg to take for 12 days to bring my period down because I never missed a period before I need it to come me & hubby are on a journey to get pregnant I know it is going to happen soon by the way all my other test came back in normal range. I get an ultrasound on August 7 to check on the fibroids that are not there haha I'm serious THANK U GOD I feel so good.
