I never leave product reviews but for this I had to make an exception. As a working adult I struggled with lower back pain, hamstring tightness, and a variety of other issues for years which were always worsened by running. I tried nearly everything to find relief and came across massage guns but was hesitant to purchase one (especially this one) given a lot of differing online reviews. However, since purchasing this massage gun I have essentially no lower back pain anymore and my running has been painless. No more hobbling due to tight hamstrings/lower back muscles and I couldn't be happier. I was skeptical of the cost of this massage gun (due to a lot of online articles stating that purchasing anything like this that was less than $200 would be a scam) but that couldn't be more wrong. This works great and the variety of speeds and massager heads is ideal for essentially any type of soreness/ache/pain one might have. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking for something that will loosen muscles up in general and just alleviate day to day tightness from sitting in a chair all day. This product isn't loud by any means and it's easy to use while watching TV. I am more than capable of using it to get to my own lower back muscles and the battery life is a non-issue. Like I said before, I wish I had purchased this years ago and I am so thankful for the affordable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Overview We got this product to address the various aches and pains our very active family is constantly dealing with. I’ve been enduring knee and thigh soreness after exercise for several months. Frankly I’d given up on being able to resolve this, despite using a roller and other mechanical means. When we received the Renpho Massage Gun, I unpacked it and gave it a try. The battery was only partly charged, so I was able to massage for just a few minutes before I figured I needed to charge it. But even in that short time I noticed a reduction in my pain. After the unit was charged (much quicker than I expected), I was able to use the massager for an extended period of time on my thigh muscles and it made a dramatic difference. After reading the brief instruction manual, I decided to try and massage my knee. After several tries with different massage heads, I settled on the air cushion head. I haven’t actually been pain-free in my knee for nearly five months, so I didn’t hold out much hope that this massager would make much difference. I was pleasantly surprised when my pain and soreness was significantly reduced. Even more astonishing was how long the pain reduction lasted. I had several hours without pain. I have subsequently used the Renpho Massage Gun after every workout and I’m pleased to report that it works great. I haven’t felt this good after a workout in a very long time. I would highly recommend this product if you’re looking for an effective massager at a reasonable cost. Pros * Nice case, keeps the unit well-organized, especially with the number of massager heads and other parts * Very effective at relieving muscle soreness * Very quiet, I’ve used it in the same room as a sleeping baby and she didn’t flinch * The 1-20 range for the intensity setting allows you to determine the level of massage you need (and can handle) Cons * Somewhat heavy and a bit clumsy to hold * At highest vibration setting, the unit is sometimes hard to control

First, it's only fair to say upfront that I've had 5 previous spine surgeries, for an injury that occurred in 2002. I've gone through every imaginable thing ever designed to help with the chronic, residual pain...some things help more than others, as is true for everything. The first, basic 'positive' for this particular massager is that it doesn't break the bank. It's a perfectly good middle-of-the-road massage tool. Of course, I'd LOVE it to have more features. But you get what you get at this price point. The charge lasts far longer than I'd expected, which is great. It comes in a nice little case, with several attachments, which is also nice. Of course, I'd LOVE the attachments to be made of a resilient silicone...but again, you get what you get at this price point. It also has a digital display alerting you to how much time remains on the battery. Well, sort of. It tells you by number, "10" at full charge, down to "1" at its lowest. It also gives you a number from 1 - 20, for the intensity of the vibration. You get a little booklet explaining the benefits and recommendations for each number grouping, as well as how to operate, charging, cleaning and troubleshooting. Caution: it's always better to start with a lower number, and work yourself up, as needed. Take it from me...if you start at "20" you will almost certainly end up quite sore the following day. Depending on your schedule, that may not work out so well... I also wish the handle on the unit was longer, so as to allow you to reach over your shoulder into the mid-back area, or any area that requires a stretch, really. Again, it's a price point matter. The only other thing I'd love to see is some way to adjust the angle of the main massage part...so that you can swivel it or make it all completely straight, perhaps, which would also solve the problem of wanting it to me longer. As anyone struggling with chronic, long-term pain will tell you, the angle at which you approach the painful area does make a difference. This is no different. Having said all of this, I still recommend it. Particularly if budget is a concern, which it is for so many of us. Peace!

I got this for my son. He plays competitive soccer. After 3 or 4 games weekend, he says this massage gun is a lifesaver. The charge last, and the heated option does wonders to alleviate soreness and pain.

The massage gun is really good. Built quality is sturdy although will be slightly heavy for a female. The strength is superb and helps to relax my sore muscles especially those that are deep in the muscles. Although doing those deep muscles massage have to be careful because it can irritate the nerves abit if you place it in the same location for a while.

Item is quite light and small, so it's easy to carry around. Charges quite fast. Quieter than expected. Will not disturb you or people around you, but still strong. Heating element works fine. Could be warmer, but there is a difference between heated and not heated. Comes in a nice convenient carrying case as well. Overall build quality seems good. Vibration is well isolated to the top, so your hands won't feel a lot of it.

El masajeador es bueno, la verdad la primera vez que lo prendí, pensé que lo iba a tener que regresar porque es muy fuerte incluso en el Nivel 1, pero ya después de entender como acomodarlo (porque en hueso rebota mucho y se sienten como golpes en lugar de masaje, y en músculo se siente suave y agradable) ya me gustó. Es bastante cómodo, te da una señal visual de que estás colocando mucha presión, se carga rápido y tiene una app de acompañamiento, aunque la app solo está en inglés al parecer, entonces podría presentarse difícil para algunas personas, aunque no explican mucho, y los videos son más que suficiente. (Aunque el video tarda muchísimo en cargar). Me encantó el maletín donde viene todo, se ve muy profesional. La pieza más curiosa es la que calienta y enfría, si se pone muy caliente y muy fría, y bastante rápido, no las he usado, porque no he tenido heridas, entonces no se que tan eficaz o cómodo sea usarlos.
