Great elasticity
I got this because it was cheap. I got it to use as a vapor barrier in cracks of fiberglass board in my winter-greenhouse. My greenhouse had huge temperature fluctuations before I got ventilation in it but no cracks formed in the patching compound. This stuff has a really low viscosity i.e. high-density so it stuck great to vertical surfaces. It is also paintable. I've also used it to repair heavily weathered wood siding I didn't want to replace and it withstands direct sun on a south facing side in the middle of summer. I have never used it on cement. It's like high-quality caulking.Hope that helps.
