Not as strong as regular soy. A pleasant taste of both and a little sweeter. I add to stir fry or just in V-8 juice.I bought three last week and only have two left.

I keep coconut aminos in my pantry. I still use regular aminos, and I still use soy, but I love coconut aminos for its lower sodium health(er) vibe. Nice flavor, little goes a long way, comes in glass bottle, and it can be used anywhere for anything that you would normally want to use soy sauce or aminos. Hint of naturally occurring sweet.Now, I noticed that they dont include the nutritional information on this product page. Why not? Got plenty of useless pictures, but nothing helpful. Why not let people make informed decisions?

After I had to go gluten free we found this. LOVE the flavor better than soy or terijaki! it's clean tasting, with a tangy, tad smokey, slight sweet flavor. We use it on rice & vegis & in sauces all the time.
