Q: Can this be used in other countries with 220voltage?

No!!!!!......it only has a 110 normal USA plug.....you will need a 220 adapter

Q: Can you keep a heating pad on all day?

Short durations, about 30 to 60 minutes, will suffice for minor back tension, while longer durations for up to 90 minutes, may be recommended for chronic conditions or severe, excruciating pain. It is never recommended to sleep with a heating pad. There's little evidence to support the idea that using a heating pad for longer than 120 minutes has any additional benefits. In fact, leaving a heating pad on bare skin for too long (or on too high of a setting for an extended period of time) can result in minor burns.

Q: No timer heating pad needed?

This heating pad does come with a timer on the control pad. You can set it to remain on for an hour, or up to 6 hours. I typically don't futz much with it and simply press the button to turn on for an hour or 2. I do like the ability to set it for much longer, however, I have heard that medical experts discourage sleeping overnight on heating pad units.
