This is a great product for relax and focus. I have also read that it works even better with coffee in morning, which I have found to be true. Great value too.

I have been using L -Theanine for several years and find it very beneficial.

When the whole Coronavirus started, I thought I better get a hole of my immune system and start with some good supplements. I was recommended to get L-Theanine for focusing as I was having a really hard time focusing and relaxing. I have been taking a L-Theanine and a few other products from Her Vital Way and I'm feeling amazing.I would also recommend the Cranberex, C-Berry Well and the Milk Thisle. I also am taking the Bilberry and Tumerzing. I'm ususally not a vitamin supplement person, but they have really helped me in so many ways. Especially with digestion, stress and focus.I am happy to know that my body is getting what I need. THANK YOU to Her Vital Way and making sure we are taken care of during these crazy times.

I've been taking these supplements regularly for over six months, and I can attest to the differences I feel.Some days, when I am particularly nervous or wound up with work or life in general, I'll take an extra L-Theanine later in the day to calm my nerves. I bought this on a whim for an overly anxious relative. The shipping was faster than I had anticipated, and I received it within a few days on a weekend. One morning after drinking coffee to wake up in the morning, I realized that it was too strong. I ended being very jittery and couldn't concentrate on anything. So I decided to take one and an hour later I was back to normal. I would give it 5 stars for actually working and being affordable, but I want to take one star off for being marketed only towards women. After all, guys have stress and jitters too.
