Disappointed with item.
Difficult to get the 2 end brackets on the wood. A different design would be helpful.

Good Quality Handrail
The handrail itself is very nice dense pine, smooth to the touch and finished in varnish.The brackets and end caps are equally solid and good quality far better in fact than i expected.The kit does not come with wall plugs and the supplied screws are softer than i would have liked but they are ok as long as you are careful with the installation. No fitting instructions are supplied in the box you have to download those from their www site, not great if you don't have t'interweb access or a printer but its a minor point for most.

Really nice addition to our stairs.
Really nice addition to our stairs.The pine is dense enough as to not get marked easily. The brackets look lovely and well cast.The end caps really finish off the handrail.I used my own screws and wall plugs as the ones supplied weren't that good.Cheapest price i could find was on amazon.

Nice design
I really love the design of these. Particularly the "teardrop" end caps. I'm painting mine gloss black and routing led lights underneath.
