How hot does the hot water get?

The default and max temperature for hot water is 203 degrees Fahrenheit, given 203 F is a great temperature for all coffee and tea brewing methods as it extracts the maximum amount of flavor without burning the coffee grounds or tea leaves like boiling water (212 F) does. If you would like to dispense heated water at a temperature below 203 F, this can be easily adjusted by holding down the "Hot" button for 3 seconds and tapping the 12 oz and 8 oz buttons to adjust the temperature (up or down). Regardless of the selected temperature, M1 will consistently dispense purified hot water at the selected temperature in only 3 seconds.

Is the 6L tank made of plastic? If not, what?
