Review: Brilliant if you're forever letting your coffee go cold - I think this is actually the first desertcart review I've written but I was so impressed with these mugs. I paid for this myself so this is an unbiased review. I previously had a different well known brand and I 100% prefer these. I've bought a few now for family and they all love them. I hope they add some of the other colours available in the US to their range like the blue or the bright pink. Battery life: Off the coaster the battery lasts between 1 and 2 hours without the lid and over 3 with the lid. There's a button to turn the mug off and on, press once to turn on and set to "warm", press twice for "hot" and 3 times for "piping". Obviously it'll last longer if you have it on "warm" or "hot" but I always have it at "piping". Pros: The mug is really well made and finished You can turn it on and off with a button The coaster is small and light and does not get condensation on it You get a lid included in the price Top temperature is a few degrees higher than most others Heats coffee within a few minutes if you forget to turn it on initially As long as you turn the mug off the battery does not drain if you leave the mug off the coaster UK plug The price is less than other well known brands even when not bought during Prime days Cons Haven't found any yet although I've only had mine a few months The colour is the same as in the listing photo (burgundy). I'd happily buy this over and over (in different colours). Review: Excellent mug but needs improvement - This mug does everything it claims: heats effectively, adjustable temperature, etc. Quality is excellent, and seems robust. However, in practice it can and should be improved. Main issue is it needs to be switched on and temperature set, after it has been filled with hot beverage, not before. The on/off button is small, and although it has a raised surface, is difficult to locate. Then it needs to be pressed three times to set the hottest temperature. This can be tricky to see, and the mug needs to be raised up in the air and turned around to see the lights are correct. Would be better with a more prominent button, and more easily seen lights. Also, why not have it automatically turn on at max temp setting when filled with hot beverage? Too easy to think it is on when it is not. I also found it useful to turn off physically when empty, as the auto turn off function seems very slow. Lid is very helpful to maintain temp for longer. periods.

Not fit for purpose...
Really disappointed having done a fair bit of research versus the Ember mug. The Mug takes a good 3-4 hours to charge and only manages to work for one cup before needing another charge. if you drink is at the 'hot' level you cannot increase the heat to 'piping' without killing the battery. The mug itself is well built however the power button is a little awkward to get to. Plan on returning as not really fit for purpose.

Mostly a great experience, now my default mug.
Good quality and easy to clean. Whilst I was concerned about water ingress it's turned out to be fine under a running tap, just take the manufacturers advice and don't submerge it in a sink full of water. The mug is well insulated, with the outside walls barely getting warm even with the drink inside set to 60°C, the maximum it will go to. Battery life has been fine for me, although I will conceed I haven't done rigourous testing. I use it mostly at my desk with its charger, but it does sometimes travel around the house and I've never run out of battery. I hadn't even considered this when buying, but the curved walls help to reduce the risk of drinks splashing when you're carrying the mug. All in all it has become my "one" mug that I use most of the time. I'm awarding this 4 rather than 5 stars though, for two minor niggles. First is the fact I've had a couple of instances of having to turn it on twice, because it didn't immediately recognise there was liquid poured in and the safety shutoff triggered. This has never happened mid drink, only when initially pouring so it's less of an issue, but still an occasional irritant. Second is that the last mouthful or two can be significantly hotter than the rest of the drink, especially if you drink slowly. The rest of the drink is pretty consistent, but I think it struggles to compensate for only having a little liquid left in the mug. Overall a great product though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Have for Any Busy Mum!
As a mum to a newborn and 2.5year old, the chance of enjoying a hot tea or coffee, became too often impossible. Between feedings, nappy changes, tidying, laundry….and by the time I got back to my drink, it was cold and undrinkable. The Nextmug has been a serious game changer. It keeps my tea/coffee at the perfect temperature for hours (I love the “hot” setting), so even if with all the distractions, my drink is still warm and comforting when I finally get back to it. It also feels great to use (not too heavy and comfortable handle), is simple to operate and charges fast. If you’re a tired parent who’s constantly reheating your coffee in the microwave (or forgetting it entirely), do yourself a favor and grab one of these. It’s one small luxury that makes a huge difference in my day. Highly recommend quality product! ☕💛

Produit avec prise UK, inutilisable en France. Rien n'est mentionné à ce sujet dans l'annonce. Très déçue, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi !
