I recently ordered Cadbury Silk, expecting a delightful, creamy chocolate experience. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Not only did the product arrive much later than promised, but the quality also left much to be desired.First off, the delivery was extremely delayed, which was frustrating since I had planned to gift it on a special occasion. When it finally arrived, the chocolate wasn’t in the best condition—it was slightly melted and didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. Given Cadbury’s reputation, I was genuinely disappointed.The texture of the Silk was also not as smooth as usual, and it lacked that signature melt-in-your-mouth feel. It almost seemed like the quality had been compromised, possibly due to improper handling during transit.Honestly, this experience was underwhelming and not worth the wait. I expected better from both the brand and the delivery service. I hope Cadbury and the delivery provider take note and ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
