This is our second Litter-Robot. Our cats adapted instantly to the first one & now they’ve adapted to the new one. We ordered this second one because we have 5 cats who use these & they tend to fill them up rather fast. These are completely sturdy, as long as they are assembled properly, zero leakage, super easy to setup & control with the app. These size is perfect! Such a cool design. You can adjust the lights, the timing of when the litter box cycles after each use, keep an eye on the weight of your cats & the app tells you when the waste drawer needs to be emptied, when to add litter, if the sensors are duty & more. It is so innovative & futuristic. We contemplated this investment for years & now we’ve purchased two this year alone. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND A LITTER-ROBOT! So completely worth the price tag (varies depending on if you purchase just the litter box or a bundle, best product cat related EVER!

It isn't easy to teach an old cat new tricks, but we got both older cats to use their new and wonderful Whisker Litter Robot 4. We love it. Changing cleaning to 7 minutes and no let behind wet litter. Accurate, no smell using air fresher pellets. Design is perfect. Quality of interior is great for cleaning as well as ease of use.

What a difference! Got this for mom who is 92 with 2 cats. Made her life much easier and there is no odor with the odor packs. Great purchase. Well worth the cost.

NO MORE SCOOPING POOP!!!! Do I have to say anything else? lol. It’s quieter than I expected and it looks great. The app works fine and it tracks the activity of both of my cats. My cats now have more privacy and were comfortable using this right away. I couldn’t finish assembling it and one of them was trying to use it lol. It’s great for odor elimination and I only have to change the bag once a week instead of scooping daily! Yes it’s costly, but damn is it great to have one! Especially for the elderly or disabled. I’ve only owned this for a few weeks now but I can’t not have one of these now. There’s an old saying that once you go…..lol. The only downfall for me is that one of my cats loves to interrupt the cycle religiously like it’s a toy. My other cat doesn’t care and lets it do it’s thing. Hopefully he’ll get bored of it one day but that’s my only gripe so far lol. 5 out of 5 stars for me!

I was very excited to receive this. Few reasons I bought this. Foremost is that a new kitty found and adopted me. With work becoming more busy I was exhausted by the time I got home at night. Shopping a few litter boxes morning and night was very time consuming. Second reason was the new kitty was having intestinal issues the vet and I were trying to work through. One small bowel movement could stink up the whole house in no time. Coming home to that was even worse. Last reason was because I was getting ready to go on a trip. I didn't want whoever checked on them be forced to poop scoop a lot.I also bought the expensive steps that went with it.Well that was well and good for a couple weeks. After that the thing started to malfunction more and more.First worry was how it scooped. The scoops fall into a bin right in the middle/under the box. This was worrisome due to a possibility one of the cats would get stuck. It literally is open at that point.Next the box wouldn't scoope/cycle. I would come home to the drum being full. Sometimes I would come home to the drum being mid cycle and stop where the bin is open. Stink galore.I would have to physically push the button to cycle. Sometimes even with that it would stop. I would have to reset and cycle again. I tried using the phone app to do it. Nope wouldn't work.So many issues!. Now just days away from my trip and it is too late to do something.Stuck with an expensive piece of plastic and the loss of a kitty litter box.UPDATE!! 12/25. Still have to physically push the button for it to cycle. Even when it says there is nothing obstructing the area and is rdy.

It took a few days for our cats to become accustomed to the Robot but now they’re happy using clean litter every time. We’re happy as clean up is easy and without mess and dust everywhere. And we’re using far less litter. I had a bit of a problem with the Whisker app when the Robot disconnected from the WiFi network, even after using their online troubleshooting, but a representative on Whisker chat resolved it. A Litter Robot is an investment but so far we’ve found it’s well worth it.
