Paul Klee has always been one of my favorite artists. This is a lovely compilation of his abstract works.

The book includes excellent information on the art of Paul Klee with very fine illustration. A critical important 20th Century artist.

This is the best book i have seen of Paul Klee's art. Many of the paintings i have not seen before in any other book. The colour reproduction is very good on high quality thick paper. Also plenty of information about Klee and other artists of that time. Buy it and keep it close.

I wanted to purchase this for an artist friend and didn't want a glossy style over content, coffee table book. This was produced by the Foundation Beyeler, Basel, Switzerland and they've got it just right.
