What kind of warranty does this bag have?

BACKPACKS, BUSINESS CASES, TRAVEL ACCESSORIES, BELTS & WALLETS SWISSGEAR.com is proud to stand by the quality craftsmanship of the Backpacks, Business Cases, Travel Accessories, Belts and Wallets that we sell. When used under normal conditions for which they are designed, these products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original date of purchase. If such a defect occurs, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace your product upon presentation of our original SWISSGEAR.com sales receipt, which serves as proof of purchase to validate your warranty. https://www.swissgear.com/warranty-repairs Hope this helps. I love my backpack. The only issue was the carbiner spring broke. Can't replace the carbiner because of the way it's attached. Never asked if it was possible to get a new bag. Still happy :)

Does the pocket up towards the handle hold sunglasses or any type of glasses by chance?

If you mean the small curved zipped pocket, yes it could hold glasses but they should be in a case as there is very little padding there.

Will this bag fall over when set down?

It depends upon how you pack it. Like any bag, if it is top heavy, yes, it will tip over. This is a well constructed, well designed back pack.
