My daughter only used it a few times. It holds a lot of items. Doesn’t keep the bottle as warm as expected. She stated the milk was colder than room temperature. She heated the bottle up really warm and placed it in the thermal of the bag but when it was time to use it, it wasn’t has warm as she expected it to be.

This is a good quality bag. The material is nice and it didnt have any funny smell like some materials do when bought brand new. It's true to color (looks a little blue in picture but is indeed grey. Straps that come with it are truly helpful as well. Very versatile.

Good size and is like the advertisement. I am disappointed that the internal pockets ripped off and the exterior pocket for tissues came with the spandex loose. Now I barely use the bag because It go too disorganized inside .

Very easy to tote around. Help being hands free. I'm seeing more fathers wear them as well

I’ve bought quite a few backpack diaper bags. This one is by far my new favorite. I love the material and it comes with an insulated bag for bottles where as many just have the pockets. It’s also not as expensive as some of the others I’ve got and it’s better quality!
