My 10 yr old grandson loves this book!

Good book with lots of great pictures of these players with a reasonable amount of writing describing each player value to the game. However, I prefer the 2013-14 book NBA's 50 Greatest Basketball Players of All-time which is the most informative "factual and statistical" reference on Amazon. The book also has a handy “chart” in the back of the book with hundreds of entries of a Player’s total MVP awards, Finals MVP awards, Defensive Player of the Year awards, All-NBA First Team and Second Team selection, All-Defensive First Team and Second Team selections, Scoring/Rebounding/Assists titles won, etc.

My kiddo has almost the entire series of these SI Kids books. If you have a sports addicted kid these books are a must buy. He reads these more than Harry Potter which is crazy. The basketball book didn't disappoint, there's many others like statistics, football, records, baseball and all access give them a try.

My child is a basketball fanatic, he will be so excited to get this book for Christmas. The binding was done very well. The hardcover was nice. The shipping was fast, and best of all it was about half the price of Books a Million.

My 6 year old loves all the top 10 lists in this book. From top players to top duos to top jerseys, this book offers a basketball history lesson packed in fun countdowns. It may become outdated with each new season and as new stars emerge, but for now it is a big hit in our home.

I thought it might be too sophisticated but NO! He’s a true basketball fanatic and was fascinated with the stats. The photos are great too.

My son loves this book (age 10). He spent a great deal of time reading it and keeps going back to it. Be prepared for lots of interactive fact-discussing with this one. Everything he reads and learns in this book he shares with us. so it's like we are reading it too.
