The media could not be loaded.  So those bathroom counter top facial steamers run like $30 and only really work on your face. I wanted one to shave but my fiance(who is a cosmetologist) wanted to get one for her arms and legs. So I ended up finding this commercial grade steamer. It has a uv light built in, im not sure if that's really important if you're using a clean water source but an added plus. It takes a few minutes to get super warm. You can see in the video the steamer running at different stages. It only has two options, on and off for steam and on and off for the light. Easy to operate. It has an alarm for the water being low so you wont accidentally run it dry. You an fill it by removing the water cup or pouring water down the hole in the top, which is one of my photos.It is hot. you need to be about six inches away for it not to be too hot for your skin and even then that's pretty hot. the stand is totally adjustable and the whole thing easily disassembles and goes together s you can store it in the box when not in use, which is what we are doing.please be careful during assembly. The bottom disk part that holds the stand together, at least on mine, had metal splinters. You can see one in my photo where its laying on my finger. It stuck into it first which was not great.The video and photos are all of the product or show it being used. All are entirely relevant to the review. The video does shoe hands, legs, and face being steamed as well as the steamer just running to show how much steam its producing.

The steamer works great. Only thing is, if one part breaks and you need to replace one small thing the seller does not answer and you can’t find parts anywhere. The steamer cup cracked and I have messages seller twice with no answer, all I need is the cup. Other than that issue I have loved the steamer! It has been easy to use, move around and adjust if needed. Hopefully the seller will provide me with what I need soon!

Overall I love this steamer. I’m a in house hair stylist who specializes in natural hair care. I use the steamer for my moisturizing treatments. So far it’s been great. My clients love the new service. The steamer works great. It was very easy to put together and figure out.

I am a hairstylist and my over head steamer broke so I decided to give this a try after seeing some other hairstylist use it as a hair steamer. This allow the steam treatment to be done at the shampoo bowl and my clients love it because they can lay back as they are getting their steam treatment. It also distributes the steam evenly.

Overall the steam works great and that is really the only upside.The water container is plastic not glass which is not good as far as I'm concerned, not because I despise plastic but just the fact that glass is more sustainable in a product that gets a lot of use.It is very short and DOES NOT adjust so I have to put it on a stand to make it high enough for my clients.The arm does not adjust for direction so I am adjusting the whole unit.If I didn't have an immediate need, it definitely would have gone back.So lesson learned - my loss - the seller's gain.

ive had this steamer for maybe like 3 weeks going on now, ive used it twice. def pay attention to the directions it asks for running water which when i did that it beep, also used purified high PH water not realizing the needling inside would make it go off. so the correct water is a must to not hear that annoying beeping alarm. recommended distilled jug water .

I received my facial steamer two days ago and finally I used it today. It is a great facial steamer. It is exactly as the Amazon website describes it. I bought it for my own personal use, because is easy to move around the house and is easy to use. Also, it looks like a professional facial steamer that can for sure be used in a spa or a cosmetology place. I definitively recommend this facial steamer to everyone. I'm very happy with my purchase!!:)

I have had this steamer for about a year. About 2 months ago the off button stopped working so I had to unplug it to turn it off. Now the on button is being finicky and it takes about a minute before it will turn on. Another issue is that when the water is low it doesn't just turn off, it has a loud tone until you turn it off. It is very distracting for clients. Also, you do not get much height so it is hard to maneuver over the client. I would not buy again.
