1.5 g to 3 g per serving. Some take more. This bottle is 400 g therefore about 133 servings.

What is the difference between "betasynth" and "carnosyn" beta alanine (such as now foods)?

Nothing really it's just high quality beta alanine with different names. I would definitely get betasynth or carnosyn so you know your not getting Chinese knockoffs.

Dear Jarod who answered, you may want to refrain from commenting if you know nothing, absolutely NOTHING!! Your answer if bad( this is as kind as I can say it without name calling and questioning other things). Delete your utter nonsense as it makes 0 sense. Beta Alanine to be taken daily and does need a loading phase( based on science). You start with low dose of about 300-500mg or so and slowly increase it. Doing 3g( most settle on 1-2g) is not really necessary as it will lead to the common side effect - itching, tingling,etc,but after a month or so it will go away.
