So I really only have 3 complaints about this battery case.1. It's a bit on the bulky side especially compared to some of the other battery cases I have seen.2. It's a bit difficult to take your phone out of it. I use it when I am not going to be able to charge for a while but mostly I prefer wireless charging so I need the case only on occasion.3. Battery gets hotter than I like when it's running to charge the phone so it can at times get a little uncomfortable to hold.Otherwise it's a decent product especially for the price. Gives my Note 9 about double the life if both are fully charged to start. and the phone is being used in normal operation.

I got this case and took it straight from the amazon box and put it on my Note 9. The battery came with a charge on it. It charged my phone from 50% to 100% while using it no problem. The battery adds some size, but that is expected. It still fits in my pocket. It fits very securely. I am very happy with this case/battery life extender.

This more then doubled my battery life. I recently took a hiking tour in Peru where we were in the mountains for 2 days. This came in handy to extend the battery life. I like this case covers better then battery packs because you don't have to tether your phone to anything. Much more convenient.

Nice extra power when needed. Not a complaint, but could have a kick up, top and bottom to hold screen off table when face down. Also a little annoying to need to take off for transferring files. Maybe keep this in mind on the next version.

Had a issue with the first one , contacted the company and they were extremely fast to replace it . So far so good with the new one

This product does not contain the mAh to fully charge the phone. I suspect this product is actually 3500mAh and not 5000mAh. From a percent of 3, it only got my phone up to 72%, with airplane mode active. Which if the product was actually 5000mAh, it should have fully charged the phone. Buyer beware.

While others have to stop and charge your gadgets my gadgets always charged it is beautiful battery you never have to slow down with this

It does the job. Took it on a weekend trip and only had to charge my phone once in 2 days. It kind of big (well I have the Note 9) and it's not cute, but worth every penny.
