It's worth geting and it's easy to set up and it's fun i would buy again

When I received this item the box was in a mess instructions ripped in half the inner sensor would not pair they said they would help but never did ahhhhh.i un boxed this thing twice because they said they would help but never did and the hub looked like some one spliced it with electrical tape i will never order from them again kat vr

Peak gaming

I bought this on a whim when I was looking for some VR accessories. This sliding treadmill really helps with motion sickness and the space needed to play. When using the treadmill you can basically walk, run and jump freely without actually going anywhere. That freedom makes games much more immersive and a lot more fun! The sliding treadmill does take a few days to get used to but now it feels great.

Loved it. They are on to something great

I purchased through their website and was promised a Meta 3S that they are now telling me they will not be sending, which is bait and switch. They also promised a year Meta subscription and they decided to instead send Steam gift cards. Regarding the treadmill, it works OK but one of the sensors will not connect, so I have to continue using the controllers to move and that ruins a bit of the immersion. Also, this treadmill does not seem to be compatible with most Meta games as of this review. It was also very difficult to connect and add games, with several failures before I could add any.

This unit is *NOT* user-friendly OR plug-and-play. It needs an extensive amount of professional programming before use. I have had mine for weeks now and am at wits-end trying to get it to work. I've watched a half-dozen YouTube tutorials and been back and forth with multiple emails to and from the manufacturer (in China), all to no avail. There is NOT a customer service/troubleshooting help line/phone number to call. It's too late for me to send this $900 item back, so at this point I don't know what to do.

Works really great, easy set up, even my husband that is not into games he likes it. My son loves it, and I am a happy mom since he will stop running into things or banging into the wall. You can also purchase the shoes on different sizes and are confortable. It is great on the budget will definitely 10/10 recommend

Works as intended and great customer support. Only had 2 issues in my case first it shipped in 3 separate shipments which caused delay and made tracking hard but the customer service team helped a lot! Secondly the building process was not so great... had to build it without the manual because the diagrams were poorly drawn and confusing and the part weren't labeled in the build instructions. That said if you intuitive at building things you can figure it out yourself and luckily there's not too many parts. Aside from those issues once it got here and was built it works great synchronizing the sensors was incredibly easy and had no issues in installing the gateway. Gaming with it so far has been a blast and a fun workout and i would recommend anyone if you have the money to get this!
