Adams Golf Tight Lies Hybrid Club

Great club. Even the poor hits end up being decent.I also have the 3 and 4 hybrids from this set, and with all the clubs the one thing I notice is that I can start to hook the ball once and a while, which may be due to the offset.Regardless, this club gives me a nice option when I need about 220 yards and a relatively soft landing.

I use the Adams Tight Lies 5 Hyb. off the fairway or light rough for 140 to 160 yds. I find good control and good loft to the shot.

Initially had some troubles after hitting my first tee shot into the woods. The club head is really small but that makes it so much easier to hit long approach shots consistently, even from the rough. Where I used to top half of my fairway shots with my 5 wood, I hit this consistently over 215 yards and much more accurately than my 5W as well.Also works well for hitting low punch shots to get out from an obstructed lie.

Great price for a hybrid... but might have to put the good old 4 iron back in the bag...Hitting way too far with this hybrid... might be good for some people who don't care about progression of clubs... but who am I to say anything...Sometimes my driver goes the same distance as my wedge... hahaha

I hit straight and true with this club. Love it.

Awesome stick. Stuck a shot 10 feet from the hole on a par 3 that I've struggled with for several years. I don't hit my long(ish) irons as well as I used to, so this really fills a nice gap between my 7 iron and my 4 hybrid / 7 wood.

Long and straight off the fairway. Has added atleast 10 yards to my six iron distance. Worthwhile hybrid replacement for a regular iron.
