Really like these chili flakes, a gentle warmth to add to cooking or to sprinkle over the top of dips.

Fantastic value.
Fantastic value. My local street market charges about four times amount. Great quality. Great packaging. Aleppo flakes are quite mild . Ideal for adding a touch of spice to omelettes, scrambled eggs, salads etc.

Well priced, great for adding to food for the extra flavour but without the heat, we use it for cooking meals which the kids will be eating as well.

Fruity, spicy - what more could you need?
Was a bit sceptical about buying these flakes (how long have they been stored for, and where?) but as soon as I opened the pack and stuck my hooter in for a smell, any doubts were soon replaced with a fruity, pungent aroma. Used a tablespoon of them with some yoghurt, cumin, pepper and lemon juice in a chicken marinade - outstanding flavour and a hit with the in-laws at a family BBQ. if I'm being honest (perfect stranger who just happens to be reading this) I cooked the chicken for slightly too long - but this minor oversite in no way detracted from the enjoyment of a 3rd round level MasterChef offering.
