Fantastic product
This was a fantastic product, I needed to recite a log cabin after storm Amy and with the help of four of these devices we managed to rig up a jig and pull the cabin back onto its base fantastic value for money great service from the provider very very helpful and very happy with this product

Great value, did the job
Great wee tool at a very reasonable price. Just what I needed to help me move a hot tub weighing half a tonne. Approach with care and wear protective gloves though - would be quite easy to hurt yourself!

Works well but can be fiddly to use
Great. Worked with no issues to help pull out a tree I felled that had got partially caught in the canopy of another tree. Like others have said, its a bit fiddly to unwind the cable.

Utterly Useless
As supplied, the cable was jammed between the casing and guide springs and was therefore impossible, out of the box, to unwind. It took me fifteen minutes' worth of faffing around with pliers and screwdrivers to free things up. Once I'd done this, I discovered that the the 12 ft. cable length is the cable's ENTIRE length: the actual working length, inching the winch itself, is only about 8 ft. Certainly not the "12 ft. extended rope length - maintain safe towing distance" claimed in the listing. Finally, winding the cable back jammed it up in exactly the same manner...

Worked great. My f250 with a 7.3 was halfway down my steep A driveway and I didn’t have anyone to help me push it up. I strapped this thing to a tow strap that I attached to a metal fence pole in my backyard (in line with the driveway) and to the bumper of the truck and was able to pull that thing up by myself with this little come along. Definitely can tell it cost what it cost but is a very good value if you are okay with that
