Is the shade "love" good for someone with a cool undertone to their skin?

Yes it has a blue undertone so it is perfect for a cool undertone

Will this wear off or smear??

Once it dries, which does take awhile, it doesn't smear and the color last awhile. I typically reapply after about 5 hours or so.

mine did not have any kind of safety seal to peel off. Did anyone else’s? Does it come without plastic seals?

Mine did not come with any kind of safety seal either, I will not be purchasing anymore for this reason alone unfortunately. The way it’s sold inside the store is the same, no safety seal. :( really sucks because I love this formula, but Revlon really needs to fix the way they package it.

I am thinking about this product for my wedding makeup, would it be a good fit?

It's great! I love it as it's practically the only lipstick I wear but you have to get the one that says Revlon Ultra HD Matte lip color. I think the color is Kisses.

Excellent produit

Le rouge à lèvre n’étant pas mon truc, j’avais envie pour une première d’essayer quelque chose de discret, et avec celui ci c’est pari gagné ! Couleur discrète avec un très beau rendu, le rouge à lèvre tient très bien et il ne bave pas (bon, évidement si vous porter le masque toute la journée vous retrouverez des traces à l’intérieur forcément, mais il vous en restera pas mal sur les lèvres !) Je recommande ce produit à 100%
