Works as presented. I would like to stress the need to use the exact cables it provides in the box. For some odd reason I'm unable to use a USB 3.0 to USB C cable in to my macbook, I have to use the provided double male usb cord into a converter to work.

Affordable and easy to setup, build with excellent quality

I’ve been using the UGREEN DisplayPort KVM switch for a few weeks now, and overall, it's a strong product that mostly delivers on its promises. Setup was straightforward—true plug and play with no software or drivers needed. It works seamlessly with two computers and dual monitors, and being able to share four USB 3.0 devices (keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc.) makes it a great fit for my home office.Video quality is excellent—I'm running 1440P@144Hz on both monitors without any lag or signal drops. It’s nice to have support for up to 8K@60Hz if your hardware can handle it (just be sure you use high-quality DP 1.4 cables, which aren't included).The desktop controller is a nice touch and helps keep the workspace clean, although I do wish keyboard hotkey switching was supported for quicker toggling.My biggest knock is the lack of EDID emulation, which causes some momentary screen flickering and window rearrangement when switching systems. Also, the requirement for each computer to have two DisplayPort outputs and a USB-A port may be limiting for some setups—definitely check your hardware before buying.Despite those minor gripes, it’s a reliable and well-built KVM switch that’s perfect for users with a dual DisplayPort setup. Just be sure you understand the compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Works as expected with zero issues.

This is a great option for switching between two computers, especially on a cluttered desk. It is only a single box, even though the ad makes it look like it's two - it's just showing front and back of the same unit. It is lightweight, easy to connect, and capable of up to 8k video quality, although, i've only tested mine with 1080p, and it worked great. You can set it up to do the switching with the physical button or remotely on the PCs, whichever works best for your use. It feels very sturdy and looks nice, so it's not an eyesore on the desk. Overall, if you're considering a personal KVM, this is the one!

This is a switch I bought online. It doesn't connect well with my computer and the quality needs to be improved.

I have been looking for a quality KVM for a long time so that I could share the speaker and webcam between my two systems. UGreen is definitely up there with the other brands now and their quality is good.The main problem with this set up is that I did have to purchase DP cables to accommodate my set up. And keep in mind there will be A LOT of cables coming out of this. I also have a dock for my laptop so that is another piece of hardware that is taking up space now. My set up required 6 DP cables.I do find it interesting that the extended switch is connected by a mini USB. Works great though but I do wish there was a 1 and 2 for connection when you press the button.Recommended for anyone needing a high quality KVM switch.

I was super excited to unbox this. I have several other pieces from this vendor and they are all AWESOME. However, I was disappointed to see that this was a 2 computer 2 monitor switch (what I wanted) for DISPLAY PORT (what I didn't want). This is NOT the vendors fault, more like poor attention to detail for me. That said, I was able to test the product. I have a few Display Port too HDMI adapters and was able test the system.OK so the basics. Build quality is excellent. Nicely packaged with helpful instructions. Small profile so it fits easily into my workstation. An AC adapter is included as well as adapters for most areas of the world. So if you will use this while traveling this will be super nice. There are 2 USB-C 3.0 cables, one for each computer and a wired remote push bottom to toggle between the two displays.Switch time is super fast. almost enough to make me want to switch over to Display Port. Video quality is excellent but I only tested up to 4K. It claims it supports 8K which I was not able to verify but do not doubt given the experience I have had with this vendor's other products.Overall, I thought this was an excellent DISPLAY PORT switch for two computers. It's an awesome value for money and I am sure so long as you are looking for a 2 computer 2 monitor Display Port switch I don't think you will be disappointed.
