Received the item without the pen. No big deal though, anyway it look nice but cheap.If you prefer to have an decent product, check else where

I was excited to get this case for my son. When we put it on his ipad i was so disappointed by how cheap it was made. The rubber part won't stay in the notches and comes off consrantly. The kickstand was very difficult to open and broke the first day. The tap which opens and closes on the charger part was almost impossible to open so i ended up cutting it off. Very disappointed :(I am now looking to buy a different one.

Rubber around charging port ripped first use, however we didn't return and it has lasted for a few years.

solid case and good price but it was impossible to get the kick stand out and eventually the rubber collects dirt and gets loose

Great case not for kids, the black rubber can easily come off , good for someone that is over 10 years old

Kick stand broke 3 days after I got it. It keeps it protected but hope u don't use a kick stand much..

Good exterior material. However, the stand is very hard to extend out as well as the power connector

This case is ok. The stand broke the first time I used it. Also the lack of screen protector really has been an issue. Dirt gets down in the sides and the screen protector that I had on my iPad got really scratched up.

Poor Quality. the silicone/rubber coating on the external is not of proper fitting and will easily tear off in sometime. Returned the product.
