These glass-cup votives are of better quality than similar votives I typically buy from Pottery Barn.The cup is a bit thicker and is 1/8" taller. It is filled almost to the top with the wax candle. The wax color is a very clean, soft white. The wicks are a nice height. I detected no scent. They look just great in my long and linear black metal candle holders that adorn my kitchen island and my dining table. I am very pleased with these votives and am delighted that I bought two boxes of twenty-four.

It’s really the worst candles I have ever seen. I wish there’s a 0 star option. The flame is so tiny that it could go out at any time. And there’s no way to fix it. I tried to pour out some of the wax and the flame will be bigger for a minute then, goes back to the tiny one. The ones with tiny fire is this product, the others, with much larger and normal fire are candles from another brand. You can tell the huge difference by picture.

We are housesitting and needed something to place around the house in case the power goes out. These were perfect and the price is good. Thank you.

Used at my daughter’s outdoor wedding reception. Lasted the entire evening. Looked beautiful in the tables.

After searching for clear glass votives that were taller than the usual 2 - 2.5 inches found everywhere - I found these. The prior reviews were correct, the glass needed to be cleaned before using. The white candles which come with the votives are shipped inside the glass candle holders therefore causing wax particles to be all over the glass. I easily took out all the candles and washed the candle holders in my dishwasher. They came out perfect. Can't wait to use them for a wedding.

I purchased these for my wedding. They’re just like the picture. Only downfall is that there are some small chunks of wax in the insides towards the top of the glass jar from shipping. Other than that just as expected!

The candle will NOT BURN PROPERLY. Wax snuffs out the wick within 10 minutes. Clearly a manufacturingpour issue. VERY DISAPPOINTING, have removed from glass when possible to attempt to burn outside theoriginal glass votive container. Not sure if the balance of box can be returned.

I like everything about them except that they are filthy and I don't have the time to clean all 30 of them! Filthy with wax residue, so I don't think I can just pop them in the dishwasher. But I will try.The dishwasher cleaned them! However, we have to transport them to a wedding, and I think the was is cheap and flakes off in transport, so we are wrapping each wax candle in a Kleenex tissue, so the glass does not become dirty again.I upgraded my rating from 1 star to 3, because the glass is thick and sturdy. The candles are kind of cheap, though. Haven't burned them yet.
