Product needs work, but customer service is great!
SUMMARY: do not buy.PROS: nice band, looks nice, vibrating alarm woks great.CONS: buttons HURT, screen is hard to read. Also there is no timer, and there is only one alarm.DETAILS:I basically wanted a watch that displays time and date, and has a vibrating alarm. This one is a bit overpriced for the feature set.It has one alarm. It works great. It has a nice, soft wristband that fits my arm just fine on a medium setting. The display is dark green numbers on a black background. It's near impossible to see the display unless you use the back light, which drains the battery very fast. The buttons are tiny and hurt your fingers when you press them. There's a reason most watches have square or rectangle buttons. Tiny, round, metal buttons HURT when you press them. And considering how cumbersome it is to program this thing, the pain of pushing the buttons actually matters. It also has a pedometer, distance tracker, calorie counter, and stopwatch. The pedometer seems to be off. The distance tracker is also off. I have no way to verify the calorie counter. There are settings to assign height and weight. You can do this in EN (ft/in/lbs) or UN (cm/kg) measurements. I don't know what UN means, but it corresponds to metric units. It took me 3 days to find the stopwatch. It does not do split time. Both buttons do identical functions, stop and start. If you switch back to the clock, the stopwatch resets. Lovely. There is no timer.Their instructions also state that the stopwatch will drain the battery very fast. It does.Today I turned on the back light and left it on. This is actually one feature I really like, but I doubt it was even intentional. Long press the top button to get to the stopwatch, then let it go and long press the top button again to get back to the clock, and voila, the back light is on to stay.Took less than 3 hours for a dim EL light to totally drain the fully charged battery. I plugged it in to find that all settings, alarms, and time had reset to factory settings. This thing is a PAIN (literally) to program, so this is very disappointing.I put a voltmeter between the watch and power source and found that from a complete drain to a complete fill added only 21 mAh of charge. They advertise 50 mAh battery. This is probably why the battery seemed to drain so fast. I had previously drained and charged the watch 3 times, so it had some break-in already.I hate to do this over something so cheap, but I'm going to pursue a refund. Too many cons.EDIT: Customer service contacted me based on my review and offered a refund. I have updated my rating to reflect the good customer service, which is a rare thing for many Amazon sellers!

Feifun watch
Absolutely love this watch! Charging it is as easy as charging your phone! I've charged it in my car as I travel. Extra watch bands are an added plus! I've swam in freshwater, snorkled in saltwater & hiked many miles in this watch without so much as a hiccup! I would buy this watch again, for myself and a gift!

Stopped working
After about 2 weeks some of the controls stopped working. I had stupidly bought a service contract for it (which was very cheap). So I thought I could just get it replaced. However because the watch had a 1 yr warranty the contract could not be used until a year expired. Bottom line is that I could not find a phone # or address for the maker. Neither could Amazon so they just took it back for a refund. A 1 star rating is a gift.

Great step counter watch.
The watch is sleek and stylish with multiple bands to choose from. It is also a simple watch/activity tracker to use. Yesterday I walked 10895 paces and burned 478 calories, I know this because of the watch.

hard to read info and more
This item was a flop and I'd love to return it! The time/steps/ etc are nearly impossible to read, it has to be recharged when your computer is on which is inconvenient and the charge does not hold. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Very Simple
It's very simple. It only counted steps wasn't what I was hoping for at all. Cute band but that is all.

Time not accurate
Comfortable to wear, battery lasts a long time, but it looses about 5 minutes every other day so the time is never reliable. That's the one thing I wanted it to do right! The step counter is less reliable. Oh well.

charge doesn't last long, buttons broke quickly
Kids loved this watch. Easy for them to figure out how to use themselves and they loved charging in USB device and changing band colors. BUT the charge didn't last long and they needed to charge it almost daily which was inconvenient. Also, the buttons to set the time quit working after 6 weeks of use. Never submerged in water. Disappointed that the quality didn't match the ease and functionality.
