We used it for comic con it worked perfectly on dark hair ( dark auburn)

I used this spray for a Halloween costume, and it worked perfectly to give me a great Proto Zoa-inspired look! The silver color is vibrant and shows up well, even on darker hair. It’s easy to apply and dries quickly without making a mess. While it does leave hair feeling a bit stiff, that’s expected with temporary sprays, and it’s not overly bothersome. The best part is that it washes out easily with one shampoo, so there’s no long-term commitment. It’s a great option for special occasions or costumes when you want to stand out!

Beautiful silver color. If your trying to go gray this is the product to make it happen gracefully.

ETA: Retried the spray as I am trying to grow out my gray hair. It takes a LOT of spray but it does work. My husband rven complimented me on how it got rid of the demarcation line. Initial review: Color does nothing on my brown hair
