If you have the 9 counts, you should be ok. If does have more than 9, probably use another Rosary, you will get confused with the count.

Are the medal and cross sterling silver or only the bracelet?

Not sure what you are asking about this beautiful silver bracelet. I just to tell you I have bought around 10 or 12 of these for all my family I have 5 sisters and many sister in laws and they all rec'd one for Mother's day. Also I have had mine for over a year and it is as beautiful and shiny as the day I put it on. I never take it off and I even shower with it. Not really sure you are asking but I did want you to know how impressed I am with this bracelet!

How big is the cross pendant?

The cross itself is approx 1/2 inch in length. How far it will hang depends on where the clasp is connected. I wear mine everyday and have never had a problem with it catching on clothing or anything! I love mine!
