Just bad. Unfortunately, the camera stopped working after only two uses. The first time it worked fine, but the second time the camera wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried everything — cleaned the lens, fully charged it, uninstalled and reinstalled the app — but nothing helped. Without the camera, I can’t see what I’m doing, which defeats the whole purpose of the device. Really disappointed in the quality. I expected more from a Prime product. It seemed nice and high-quality at first, but the app is terrible and the design of the different suction probes isn’t very practical. All the sebum gets trapped inside and blocks the camera’s visibility. It did left my skinf super red looking like I had an allergic reaction. It was bad.

Yes, yes, a thousand times yes! If you are considering buying this, just buy it. Hubby and I tried it and it was great at removing the nasty oil and white heads. Be careful as if you leave it in one area, it might give you a “hickey.” My skin has never felt cleaner in my nose area. Easy to use and the camera quality was great! Very easy to use. Started using it as soon as we took it out of the box. I do recommend using it after the shower or using a hot steamy towel on your face to soften the oils. The video quality is too large or else I would happily share a video.

Upon immediately opening the package, things looked great and the items were packaged well. Once I downloaded the associated app, I quickly ran into issues connecting the device to the app. After over 25 connections attempts, trouble shooting on my own, and doing some research on my own, I was still not successful in connecting the device to the app. I reached out to the sales email associated with the app and received no response. The camera function, the primary reason that I chose this device over another, completely unable to be used. The app itself has limited reviews, the majority of which are poor. The app itself is lackluster. I would encourage customers to avoid this device. The quality initially seems to be what is expected but it’s subpar on closer inspection. If you’re looking for a similar device, try another brand. The only good thing is that the return process was easy and I know that a used skincare device won’t be returned and reused by someone else.

Might just be my pores aren’t open enough or something, but all this does for me is pop blood vessels under the skin like a hickey - hardly any blackheads or sebaceous filaments extracted even though I could see them on the camera. On to camera, very quickly the image got blurry from skin oils. The design has the vacuum pulling towards the lens but I don’t think there really would be another way to be able to get that angle and not have the design set that way. This should come with a lens cleaning solution and a cloth.

Amazing. It’s the real deal. Full advisory if nobody else mentioned it; if you repeat the process immediately over the same area several times you’ll get “hickies” wherever it goes! Dont overdo it. This product caused me severe bruising and skin damage, despite using it on only the lowest setting as recommended. Poor quality, and short battery life. I am unable to leave the house now, due to the severe bruising on my face. It will likely take a week or two before I’m able to go outside again. It didn’t even remove my blackheads or whiteheads. Instead, it just hurt me. I strongly recommend not purchasing or using this harmful and dangerous product. I’m returning this immediately. If I could sue this company for the damage this product has caused me, I would.
