Apple iPad Air 2 - 64GB - Gold (Renewed)

My daughter loves it. It was very much my money’s worth! The battery typically lasts as long as it should. It’s a series 2 so there’s no battery saver on the tablet. But it lasts for a while !

Pros: Good price Works great 64GB Great size Cons: Older Model Somewhat slow (compared to newer models) Cord and charger are not from Apple I was searching for an iPad for my daughter that has at least 64GB for storage since 32GB isn’t really enough in the year of 2022, I came upon this and saw this iPad and decided to give it a try. The package came earlier than expected which was great, the box looked good, no scratches, marks, etc. and was well packaged. Inside of the box, the iPad was in great condition with a nice pink color, while the box, charger and cord weren’t from apple it was still something that works and I’m glad that it at least came with it. When my daughter saw it, she was very happy! Though I would say while watching her play with the tablet, I noticed the IPad is a bit slow because of the older chip but it was able to update to IOS 15 and works which is something that I was focusing on. I wouldn’t really recommend this for a person trying to use it for many years to come or difficult task but if its something that you want for either yourself or a loved one that doesn’t focus on specific specs then it would be a great gift for a person without spending a lot for a newer version.

My son is on the spectrum and as a result we go though all manner of electronics! I was hesitant to buy another one but at the very reasonable price point I was willing to take a chance! Product was in great shape and has been working fantastic! Charges fast! Lots of storage, no scratches and images are crystal clear! You won’t be disappointed!!!

I purchased this iPad a few months before Christmas to go ahead and get my big purchases out of the way since I have so many to buy for. My son gets this for Christmas from Santa and the battery charged to 100% then died within 20 minutes of using it! I’m beyond mad when I called and messaged seller day of Christmas and several days after Christmas. I was told since it was out of the 90 day window there was nothing they could do! When every gift I purchased off Amazon gave me until January 31st to return since most of my Christmas shopping isn’t done just 3 months prior I’m one of those moms that has to shop starting in August because no one would get Christmas if I didn’t. I’m beyond mad that they wouldn’t at least swap it out for a working iPad! These things are expensive! Not to mention when they did call me months after purchasing to some young punk kid at midnight telling me the iPad had issues! I thought it was a scam since it was midnight and he was like ugh sorry but I am on California time! I said I don’t give a crap ! You sell to people all over the world if there is truly something wrong call back during normal business hours ! Not midnight ! Never heard a peep! But they took several weeks to get back with me once I filed a claim that the iPad wouldn’t stay charged more than 20 minutes ! They don’t care! I literally have an Amazon credit card that’s how much I shop on Amazon spending thousands of hard earned dollars a year! This is the only issue I’ve ever had with a seller ! I’m fuming mad !!!!!!!!! All I ask for was a working iPad and they said no! Do yourself a favor and just spend the extra $100 for a new one !

I have had a 2014 Lenovo tablet that still works great, but I finally decided that I'd like an Apple iPad, too ~~ mainly because there is a program that I wanted to try and it wasn't compatible with my android tablet. The iPad that I received looks brand new except for one tiny nick near the camera hole on the back. That doesn't bother me. It's hard to say if the battery doesn't keep a charge as long as it should. It seems to run down rather quickly, but perhaps that's because I've been using it so much while trying to set it up. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought that a (Renewed) iPad would be wiped totally clean (even if it wasn't brand new,) but the former owner's place of work in California is still listed there, and it took me awhile to convince the tablet that my weather should be for Illinois, not California, and the map shouldn't be showing the location of the former owner's workplace or house. I've had it for only a week, and if I keep finding little nuggets of the former owner's life, I may decide to return it and try for one that is genuinely mine now. However, it IS working very well so far...

The iPad came in pristine condition. I used it for a few days and everything was perfect so I recycled the packaging material. A few days later, I couldn't sign if because I forgot the pass code (obviously I didn't write it down. I tried following online instructions...nothing. So, I went to the Apple store and had the Genius (?) Work on it to reset it to factory settings. They couldnt saying it was too old (2018 I think). So I returned it a bit panicky because it was reset and I didn't have the original packaging. The Seller was very responsive. They were able to quickly reset it and suggested maybe Apple wanted to sell me a new Ipad. They quickly refunded my money and half the packaging/shipping cost. Have no fear buying a renewed product. I have bought several and have never had a problem. Even this time, the alleged problem was caused by me by not securing the pass code and the Apple "Genius" who didn't do his job. I would have no hesitancy dealing with this Seller again.

Worth it for the savings. No problems other than the finger print however that's no big deal to us. Otherwise works as new

While the iPad seems to work fine, so far, it did arrive with a few scratches on the screen. It arrived with a screen protector which hid the scratches but was off-center. There also must have been a name etched on the back because it was ground out, so there are strange looking marks on the back. It was listed as in excellent condition. To me that’s not exactly true.
