Haven’t had the need to use it as I have just received the item but the packaging, the item when delivered looked like it lost a few bouts so that wasn't great. The pump system works fine so all is well i suppose. Will re-visit or edit once I have had a fair few uses. Other than that - you get a lot for the money and the smell or scent of the product is great.Edit: 4/6/2020; Used the item a few times and its great. I have used it with a cut-throat blade and the blades just glide on my skin.. nor razor burns or cuts. Only gripe is the item doesnt last long i.e. the application on my skin tends to dry out so you have to be somehwat quick with you’re shave or apply in small sections or areas and work that way.Overall I would definitely purchase again.

I don't want to say it smells bad but it certainly does not smell good. It's basically mentholated KY gel with an awkward smell. Smells like you are rubbing whiskey on your face. You have to put on a lot in order to get really slippery but when you do it works fine. I am not sure if I will buy it again. My thoughts might change once I get through this huge bottle as its a little overpriced for what it is. IMO shaving goods need to smell great otherwise why buy it...Edit: I finished it and will definitely not buy again. It’s just not slippery enough, it disappears after the first pass and if you pass again you are very likely to nick or cut. I kept the nice pump bottle and filled it with my old King Of Shaves as that seems to contain some soap and stays slippery for a few more passes.

This is probably the best shaving gel I have used to date. It is more like a shaving lubricant which has amazing smell and really works.I have tried many sensitive skin shaving products to find them always over promising. This one is not - it delivers. I wish there were more products from Milkman available on Amazon.

Being a barber it's important to have a Gel which is transparent so you can see where you are shaving. I was unsure at first because it's fairly cheap. however the results are excellent and it never causes irritation!

Found this to be great for face but severely lacking when shaving head with razor, requiring 9-12 squirts even when hair is relatively short.
