Good product.
Good product. I made the mistake of using non-Keurig reusable/washable pods. I heard a loud crack when I lowered the lever downward. The coffee maker still works, but I had a small malfunction where the coffee maker stopped mid-brew and shut off. I don't know whether or not the non-Keurig pods are what caused the malfunction.I have been using the brewer for about 20 months now. I will update if it fails.I use the descaling procedure regularly to keep my coffee tasting better.

Excellent investment for an affordable, convenient great cup of brew
Just received this gem recently and have enjoyed many cups of coffee since! I love the three different sizes to choose from and there is a generous enough canister for the water. Be aware that the machine will tell you to add water once there is not enough to fill a 12 oz cup as it needs that amount PLUS a bit more to run a brew. I can usually run about 4 cups of coffee at the 10oz size before having to add water (there are three sizes of coffee to select from: 8oz, 10oz & 12oz). I am being loyal in trying to only use Brita water (any filtered water will do) to delay mineral build up. What else...oh ya! I would invest in one or two stainless steel refillable Keurig capsules but don't get the one for Keurig supreme. Get the size for the regular Keurig systems which does include this K-express. I have made many coffees using an affordable, fine tasting grind, in these refillable stainless steel capsules. You can find them for sale on Amazon too. GREAT investment so far in this dandy machine. Oh, wait, one more thing! I was happily surprised at how quiet the K-Express is when brewing a coffee. A ++ all around ;-)

This coffee maker has major power problems
I've had two of these coffee makers from Keurig and they're both junk, there's a circuit breaker on the inside that kicks out I don't know why but it just does, and it's happened multiple times and it causes the whole machine to power off completely no matter what you do. The only way to fix the problem is to tear the whole machine apart just to get to the inside to reset the little circuit breaker thing that is way down in the abyss, and even then I had to use a pick with an extension on it to reach down and push inside this tiny hole to reset it. Then not too later it did it again, and again and again!! Me and my mom both had this same coffee maker and we both had the exact same problems. Upon some research online, it sounds like others had the same problem and frustrations as well with theur Keurig. Why on Earth do they not put a reset button on the outside where it's easily accessible for the owner to reset? It's crazy how problematic impractically it is designed. I'm no longer a customer of Keurig, but I do love the Hamilton Beach one I currently have called "The Scoop" and it's a lot easier to refill and dump out old grinds, without having to mess around with the stupid little reusable plastic Keurig pods that I've been using for quite some time.

Size matters
Takes up less room on the counter and that’s really what matters with pod type coffee machines.
