McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning, 18 oz

This is so good. I use it on everything. Great in shrimp and fish.

This by far is one of my favorite seasonings for frilling meats and making chili from scratch. The seasoning isn't clumpy and is well distributed when it comes to flavor. Try it with everyu meat for grilling or broiling and I guarantee you'll enjoy.

Great for Jambalaya

This larger container of Cajun gets the job done, but it's not as good as the smaller store bought containers of Cajun seasoning. What comes in this one is larger grains that don't spread as fine as the store bought. It's still tastes nearly the same, but for preparing food it's a little more tedious trying to spread it evenly.

This has become my go to spice for just about everything from eggs to chili! Only drawback is the large size container. I need to find someone to share.

If it was the end of the world and I could only choose one spice to keep, this is the one!I use this on almost everything that can go into an air fryer and almost anything can be cooked in an air fryer! Corn on the cob, potatoes, french fries, cauliflower florets, carrots, just name it and this will work.Just a light spritz of oil and a couple good shakes of the spice and it comes out perfect. If you like things a bit hotter, just sprinkle on a bit of cayenne to bring up the heat.I buy the large jar and transfer what I need to a shaker I keep on the counter. I put this on subscription and have shared with family. It's awesome.

Careful if you have a heavy hand like me. This is hot.

This McCormick Cajun Seasoning blend is fantastic. My sister read that they use it at a restaurant we enjoy so she purchased some and, after her report that it tastes the same, I had to buy a container, too. It's delicious and very versatile. We've had it on fries and chicken and I'm thinking about trying some pasta. I'd recommend it!
