Not good quality/but great customer service
Loved this for about a month... the screw came out and it is stripped and i cant screw the clip back onto the back of the holder. The window for returns closed about 2 weeks before this happened. For the price im very dissapointed.Updated: the company has reached out and is sending me a new one. Thank you!

Like the product, love the customer service!
I really liked this badge reel, but unfortunately I did had a few issues with the clasp after I had it for about 2 months. However, I reached out to the seller and they replied to my message within a day and are sending me a new one free of charge! (I think mine breaking was a fluke) Definitely would recommend this product. Boomer sooner!

You gotta love any product with UTenn orange
The product was great, was delivered in a reasonable time period, and overall has been sturdy enough to put in thru the life of a ER nurse. Only request would be for the string to be longer, had two episodes of the clip falling off my collar when I reached out too far to badge in.
