ARCADE1UP Pac-Man 12-in-1 Legacy Edition 4ft

元々北米の会社がそちら向けにパックマンシリーズを多めに入れた物を日本で発売したのが敗因かと思う。 アメリカやカナダなどパックマンは未だにアレンジされ発売されてるしアニメも流行ったために現代の子供でもパックマンTシャツを着たりミッキーと並べても遜色無いほどの人気がある。 しかし日本では懐古オジサンかマニアしか知らない、 そんな国に12本中6本のパックマン関連が入ってるarcade1upは売れる要素を感じない。 筆者も発売当時購入を悩んだが内蔵ゲームの魅力の無さに断念した事を思い出した。 アウトランの1upは買ったが、こちらはハンドルまで付いて当時のセガレースが魅力的に組み込まれていたし中身の魅力が違い過ぎかと感じる。 仮に私が中身を決めるとしたら「パックマン」「ディグダグ」「ディグダグⅡ」「ギャラガ」「ゼビウス」「マッピー」「newラリーX」「ボスコニアン」「フォゾン」「グロブダー」「ドルアーガの塔」「ギャプラス」など1980年～1985年までに絞っても縦長のゲームが入れられる。 （86年以降も入れられるのであればドラゴンスピリットやドラゴンセイバーも入れたい） 当時、細野晴臣がゼビウスが好き過ぎて自宅に筐体を購入した事からゼビウスの曲をアレンジするアルバムの依頼があり、そこからゲームミュージックはスタートしたと言っても過言では無い。 その頃「NAMCO game music collection」がLPレコードで発売されそれなりに売れた。 当時のゲーマーはこのレコードを聴いて自宅でも画面を思い出して脳内プレイしていたのである。 （私だけかもしれませんが）。 もしも次回があるならば発売者は北米と日本のゲーム史を勉強しなおした方が良い。 過去にタイトーが工夫無く右から左へ輸入販売していたので何らかの障壁は有るのかもしれないが可能であるならゲームの中身を日本主導で選べるくらい関係各所へ根回ししても良いのではないだろうか。

Perfect arcade machine. Lots of fun. Worth the purchase. Did not like the fact that Canada post did not even attempt to try and deliver the item to my home and was never going to which resulted in me having to go to the post office and get it myself.

Lieferung prompt, für den Zusammenbau braucht man einen Schraubenzieher und 1-2 Stunden Zeit. Es passt alles, die Verarbeitung und Anleitung ist gut. Alle Teile sind beschriftet und lassen sich leicht zuordnen. Meinen alten Galaga high score hab ich zwar noch nicht erreicht, aber das wird noch.

I am so happy with this purchase! Easy to assemble, took my friend and neighbor an hour and everything works great! Bought if for the grandchildren but as you can see the hubby has taken over 😆 We can literally play several of the games against each other for HOURS! Well worth the money. I recommend getting the riser and a stool-which I purchased after reading and seeing other reviews.
