I like this pillow a lot. I am normally a side sleeper, but recently I found that I must sleep on my back the majority of the time. I have had a couple of cervical pillows, and the one I had only supported side sleeping. I picked this one out because it supports both ways of sleeping. My only complaint about the pillow is that when laying on your side, there really isn't good support for your arm. Not a big deal for me. What I really like about the pillow is that I can move to my back without having to fight with turning the pillow. It's just support in the right place regardless of the position.I like that when the pillow arrived, I could use it right away. It has to "pop up" from being packaged, but it didn't smell at all and took shape before bed the night it arrived. The surface is smooth, soft, and not hot, and it can be washed. I can not only sleep on my back longer and more comfortable but also wake up without a headache. I definitely recommend trying this pillow if you're having problems.

Since my last favorite pillow began leaking blue gel goo, I have struggled significantly to find a worthy successor. Thus far, this pillow has proven to be best of what I have tried. Its form provides both support and versatility; and the choice of two cervical supports accommodates different use cases - reading vs sleeping, etc. For my preferences, I find the foam less firm than Tempur-pedic memory foam, but perhaps still slightly on the firmer side. That said, the center depression in the pillow and the lower cervical support help to mitigate unwanted rigidity. In terms of comfort, the smooth removable casing allows for a welcome sleeping surface, and the pillow remained cool enough in temperature. Overall, I have found that I do not toss and turn as much, while sleeping with this pillow.

This cervical pillow is a larger sized compared to the smaller version from this same company, however, after trying out for a few weeks, it produced the same results compared to its smaller counterpart. Great support and comfort for back or side sleepers (I’m both). I’d say I was fine with both cervical pillows but the larger size would benefit those who want more “wiggle room” or have a larger head. It did help with pain relief as I’ve noticed more deeper sleep compared to my old pillows. I definitely would recommend it for those who have neck pain to at least try it out.

This pillow checks a lot of boxes for me. It's a good size, with a thoughtful design that takes in the challenges of people like me who have neck problems when they sleep. I think what impressed me most when I opened it, was just how good quality it is. I've tried a lot of pillows in my time and this one is up there for quality. It looks and feels good to the touch. The cooling cover is zippered on the back, which is another nice touch. I like the fact that I don't need to buy special pillow cases for it too. My standard pillow case fits just fine.I haven't had the pillow long enough to give a qualified comment on sleep quality. Especially since sleep and I are not best friends. Let's just say that the fact that I actually slept for 7 hours the first night I used it says a lot. (Most nights I'm between 5 and 6, so this was a major improvement). I am finding it a little on the firm side, although I'm thinking it will probably soften up as I wear it in. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase. It really is a very nice pillow at a fair price. What more can you ask for?

The pillow is comfortable. Could be taller/bigger but that's just my preference. Love the removable cover so it may be washed. No issues with it so far. Back pain has a noticeable improvement.

The best sleep I have had in a long time. It is the right thickness and holds its shape. It is a soft, beautiful and comfortable. I just wanted to stay in bed and enjoy the softness and support that I had missed for so long. This pillow cradled my head, neck and shoulders allowing my body to be in perfect alignment and it felt so good. No matter what position I moved to, my head, neck and shoulders were supported. Being able to effortlessly flip it to change the height made a huge difference, no more trying to punch a pillow to get it to the right height to cradle my neck. Finally, I felt rejuvenated, not achy when waking up. This pillow is a game changer for me.
