Exactly what I needed
I just got my panel today and successfully installed it in my acer predator helios 300 with zero issues. Not only is the jump from 60 hz to 120 hz fantastic, but the brightness is better and the colors are more vibrant. The seller also took great precautions in shipping this thing because came in a solid box completely wrapped in various types of bubble wrap and filled with more bubble wrap and foam. This package would probably survive being thrown off a building. Not only that, but it was delivered a lot faster than I thought it would. Overall, this panel was everything I had hoped it would be and I would like to thank the sellers for their high quality product.

Amazing for my Acer Nitro 5
Replaced my stock 60hz screen on my Acer Nitro 5 with this 120hz screen. Makes a world of a difference in gameplay. Very much recommend, you just gotta get CRU (Custom Reasolution Utility) to change your screen hz. All in all great product and the colors are vibrant and amazing for this price. If you have a 15.6 inch screen with FHD and IPS display with a 30 pin connector this will work great!

Great display, works for the dell g7
I got my dell G7 a couple weeks ago and saw on a reddit post that I could buy the screen from one of the MSI laptops that had a 120hz screen and it would work. I found the part number which led me to this item. I installed the screen today and the quality is amazing. I’m playing destiny 2 at 70-110fps when it was locked at 60fps before, and the color is just so dang vibrant.

Good screen, if a little heavy on the blue
Bought this to replace a cracked display in an Acer Nitro V laptop. Installation was dead easy, pop off the bezel, 4 screws out, unplug the old screen, plug in the new screen, put the screws back in, pop the bezel back in place. Took all of 5 minutes to do. Windows detected the new display automatically, but didnt adjust the refresh rate until after a restart.Only reason i knocked off a star is because the colors on the screen i got were severly biased to blue. Dunno if its a different backlight in the new panel vs the stock one or what, but it really messed with the colors. Fixing it wasnt horrible, using Windows 10s built-in calibration tools to dial down the blue and green got the whites closer to a neutral white than the light blue they were before, but still, somewhat annoying to have to do. The screen i recieved may also have a stuck pixel dead-center, though im not 100% certain of thatUpdate 1/22/2019There was in fact a stuck pixel in the dead center of the screen, one that presented itself in a very annoying bright yellow color. In addition to that, upon further testing the viewing angles were far poorer than one would expect from an IPS panel, about 15-20 degrees off head-on viewing would cause severe color shift. All issues together pointed to me just getting a defective screen. Kudos to Amazon, going through them i had a replacement replacement screen a few days later at no detriment to me. The new new screen was as easy to install as the old new screen, but this time there was no obnoxiously blue tint to the screen, no stuck pixels anywhere, and the viewing angles youd expect from an IPS panel. This was originally a 4 star review, and it almost stayed that way. The occasional defective product is to be expected, just the nature of the beast. If theres a 1% failure rate on something, that leaves someone being the 1%, just how it works, i cant fault that, and the replacement screen works perfectly, possible even better than the original thanks to the higher refresh rate. What lost the stars was the seller. When i originally contacted them about the issue, i was offered no apology and was told that if i wanted the issue fixed, i needed to go buy a seperate, more expensive monitor out of pocket, after which i could return the defective one. Crappy customer service, under no circumstances should a customer be expected to pay to rectify a sellers mistake. Flat-out unacceptable. Luckily the sale was fulfilled by Amazon, so i was able to get the product exchange rolling through them, but still, horrible customer service by the seller

Works great in two different laptops
I installed one of these in my Acer Helios 300 and another in my wife's Acer Nitro 5. Quick rundown:- Packaging is excellent. Heavy cardboard box, large-cell bubble wrap, and foam cushion.- Installation is relatively easy. There are videos out there, but basically you snap off the bezel, remove four screws, unplug the old screen from the connector and reverse the process to install. The connector needs a little finesse, so it is probably best to watch a video to understand how it slides in and out. Linus Tech Tips has a video changing out the screen on a Helios 300 and there are others.- Windows detected the 120 Hz display and automatically adjusted. No setting changes required. No trouble with games supporting the 120 Hz. Brightness controls work fine. I saw that others had change to 120 Hz in Windows or use a separate program to do so, but both the laptops I changed screens did not need any settings to be manually adjusted.- Tested with Overwatch, Battlefield 5, and old-school Oblivion. Tested for dead pixels - none found on either screen. With the games, I am definitely taking advantage of the hardware on these machines as they easily push over 100 fps with my settings.- The improvement over the stock screen is more obvious on the Nitro 5. Colors seem better (more vibrant) and my wife feels that she can see more detail. On both the Nitro 5 and the Helios 300, gaming feels smoother. Not a huge change, but a nice incremental improvement that makes it worthwhile. I do not notice much difference in regular windows navigation, but I might if I went back to 60 Hz.So is it worth upgrading to this screen? I think so, and I have just ordered a third screen for my daughter's Acer Helios 300 which I will install when she is home for the holidays.

Confirming Helios 300 Fitment.
Fits Helios 300 flawlessly. It shipped APO like over 3000 miles and I was worried it'd be damaged. The seller definitely took no shortcuts packing this thing. It came wrapped around like 6" of bubble wrap and arrived unharmed. I couldn't help but smile when this thing first powered on. FN brightness started working within a day after install. Windows immediately picked up the 120hz display. Install was straightforward. Just tear off the front bezel, four screws and the connector then reverse. Great buy.
