Ok, this is far better quality than the price would suggest. If this can hold up to my grandchildren using it every day for 2 weeks it should hold up for anyone. :-) I paid $14.99 on a deal of the day. When I first opened it out of the bag I thought I would never get it back in, but you can stuff the hammock and both tree straps back in easily.The tree straps are really heavy duty, I had the hammock stretched 30' between two trees still had plenty of strap extra. All the hardware on this looks and feels like good quality, and like I said if it can stand up to a 9 and 7 year old walking back and forth in it, and jumping in it, it should hold up to an adult sleeping in it. (and yes they were able to walk around in it, I can only guess that children of that age are like cats and can balance on anything)

Received today, and can easily say the quality is on par with the ENO I had previously owned (ripped by too many meddling kids), at a fraction of the price, with more gear included. The suspension straps are excellent and light weight as well, you could pay more than this whole set for a set of straps. The carabiners held my 210 lb. a** just fine, seem on par with the ones that came with the ENO. I used everything right out of the box, and it functioned flawlessly. I have my own suspension system I cooked up for the old torn hammock, based on a few google searches and YouTube videos (since the ENO didn’t come with any), and will eventually probably go to that system since it’s more adjustable, but the gear included in the box is perfectly adequate. It’s pretty rare to find cheap 11ft hammocks, most you’ll find in sporting goods stores are 10ft or less, and the extra length does make hanging in them more comfortable (you’ll lay flatter if you lay diagonally in it). Highly recommended for the beginner, and a nice, cheap option for the more experienced as well.

I chose this hammock among the many available on Amazon because of 2 things...1) It is only $202) It said it was 130" long.I hear the longer hammocks make for more comfortable sleeping.I have yet to get out and test sleeping in it, but it is comfortable.However it is not 130" long (not unless you count the rope at the ends).The fabric of the hammock is actually 123 inches.

This is my new favorite adventure must-have! I went camping for the first time this weekend, and I hung out in a tree for about 2 hours. I was secure that the fabric would hold me, and I was so comfortable that I fell asleep without even meaning to! I foresee many days of napping and reading in this thing during the wonderful summer ahead!

Buy this one! We go camping and love to have an assortment of hammocks for friends and guests and this one tops them all - MUCH larger than the typical "2 person" hammock out there and it even comes with a pair of long, easy to use, loop straps which are by far the easiest way to string up a hammock. Well made. Bright color. Includes everything you will need. Even the storage bag is actually large enough to hold the hammock, straps, and carabiners. Outstanding purchase.

I heard really good things about hammocks and I didn't want to spend a lot of money to see if it was going to be something useful. after I got it I found out I was going to have to spring for a stand if I was going to use it in my yard. Turns out some places aren't too happy with you when you use trees in certain Parks or forests which is fine. The straps and The Hammocks stretch a bit so being able to make adjustments on a sturdy stand is a lot better option. Takes about 5 minutes to set the whole thing up or put it away. This means you're more likely to use it and it can travel with you. I have a really evil yard monster (cat) and it's the one piece of yard furniture he hasn't managed to mess up. He's kind of scared of it and that's a good thing. It really feels good, not pressure spots that make you uncomfortable.

Very surprised on how simple this was to hang up, took under 5 minutes and was ready to go! Wasn't sure how the quality would hold up against other brands with higher price points and I can say the quality is amazing! I love how it can hold both my husband and I, but now we don't want to share so I am getting 2 more (my son wants his own too)! Also love how when there is only one person in it, the extra fabric can cross over you like a cocoon. Can't wait to bring this camping or on a hike. So worth it!

I used this hammock on a primitive camping/kayak trip. Alone or with friends I doubt I will use a tent again. I am giving this hammock 5 stars for what it is. In other words for a hammock at this price it is worth every penny. If you want a better hammock you can spend more. There is fraying at the seams that would make me believe that I will get about 10 uses if I am lucky. The mosquito net worked perfectly fine. The cables that were included worked very well. Set up and take down is very quick and easy. I do recommend novice users to look up instructional videos on use of hammocks and using ridge lines. You will need to bring small utility rope for the mosquito net and the ridgeline which is not included. It also rained quite a bit and I did not bother to get a tarp to save space in my dry bags which made me very, very wet and made for a tough night so get a tarp just in case. Even with the rain and the hammock getting completely soaked using it was still possible, although obviously not 100% comfortable.
