Hi! I am a size 6 shoe normally order medium but last time I ordered large and to be honest the large are a better fit (I have a hammer toe next to my big toe) may seem a little big at first but they soon mould to Your toes. Hope this helps

Can this product be washed?

I have washed this product several times. It chamois part gets a bit harder each time I do so and after about the fifth washing one has to discard it and invest in a new one. Hope this is helpful. Frankie
