Didn't receive the box. (Like it says)Didn't receive the 2 games. (Like it says)Controller doesn't charge.Please help.

Dislike.You sold a faulty ps3, both game discs it came with (Grand Turismo 6) and (The Last of Us) do Not start. "Grand Turismo" infinitely stuck on loading screen. "The Last of Us" crashes on start with (error "80010514"). Console makes odd scanning and whining sounds, I can hear something rolling around inside when pick up console. Found human hairs rolled up stuck inside the disc spinner, wtf? Waste of money!!!

The system works good so far BUT THE CONTORLLER STICKS it was my understanding that everything was supposed to be brand new the controller is not brand new
