Protects the ears properly and absorbs hits, a little hard to put on and adjust but beside that it’s goodBetter for big head peopleNot teens/youth athletes

Awesome!
I bought 2 of these for my teenage sons to replace the bulky plastic ones that the school provides. They are easy to adjust to any size and fit comfortably over their ears. They stay on during their matches without getting into their eyes. The best part for this mama is that they are easy to hand wash in the sink and hang up to dry. (No more stinky teen smell)

Weak stitching. Spend the extra money for quality
Spend the extra $10 for a quality head gear. The stitching is very weak and the chin strap stitching broke after a month.

Decent overall / Good for the $
I bought these because my ears were getting beat up in BJJ, but I wasn’t sure which style I wanted. I didn’t want to spend $30+ on a more expensive set until I knew whether I was going to be able to use them successfully in BJJ, so I tried these due to the price.I have used them around 10 times which would be drilling and full rolling and they are definitely saving my ears. I found them to be reasonably comfortable, BUT when they would get hot and wet, they stretched ALOT! I have an average size head and initially I was able to get them to fit, but as I used them, they stretched and I started running out of Velcro. They got to where they were moving too much when I was grappling, which wasn’t much of an issue when they were new. I considered sewing in more Velcro so I could tighten them enough, but since I had shown headgear worked for me, I ordered some Cliff Keen Fusion. I would say if you have a giant head or are willing to do some modifying they would last longer, but you can get a very similar design that I appears to be better quality with the MatMan.

My ears thank you!
I never wanted to be the guy wearing head gear on the mat, but cauliflower ear isn’t as cool as I thought it would be lol I only use this in hard open mats and my ears take much less of a beating! Fits great and is super comfortable, haven’t had any issues with slippage yet but the protection is amazing so far

The measurements mean nothing, will not fit youth
I measured my sons head, which fit the measurements posted. But when we recieved this, it was way too big. We had to return it. Only fits adults

Fantastic quality and easy to wash!
Got this for my teens wrestling this year and this was far more comfortable and softer than some of the other noticeably hard headgear we have seen on the mat. I’ve washed it after every meet and it has yet to deform, maintains shape and cleans very easily.
