Shake 'N Bake Crispy Buffalo Seasoned Coating Mix Box (4.75 oz Boxes, Pack of 8)

Sometimes I'm way too busy to cook and my spouse or son have to, and while my son loves fish and my spouse tolerates it, both of them are nervous cooks when making it. The Panko Shake'N Bake is a super easy way to bake fish that we'll all eat. I combine 1/2 tbsp of an additional flavor (put it right in the bag and shake with the mix) for blander fish, like tilapia. Premixed lemon-pepper, ginger-sesame, cajun blackened and old-bay clone spice mixes are what I've used, in addition to using it plain. We find it doesn't stand up very well on its own, but it is a perfect texture. If we can't agree on a flavor, we've also sprinkled each filet with our choices. I've used regular panko for breaded fish, extra toasted and regular, and it always ends up a little gooey. It seems less salty than other shake n'bakes, but whatever they do to the panko to make it crispier than regular panko works wonders with fish. Being able to still commit to one meal of fish a week regardless of my work hours is really a big deal, and with the high prices of meats now, fish is being a great choice.

Yup.... since my husband discovered the tangy good taste of BBQ shake and bake, there's been no other like it. When it's time to have chicken, our "go to" is this wonderful saucy BBQ shake and bake. Not only is it easy to prepare but really yummy. I like to do a couple chicken breasts in the microwave. Approximately, 15 minutes and you have great BBQ chicken. I buy this by the case, cause it's soooo gooood!!, and ya never know when you might run out!!! Thank you, Amazon! You are awesome!

This flavor of Shake N Bake is the best! Great taste and we like the crisp. We were getting this all of the time, then stores in our area quit having it in stock. We contacted Kraft and thy said there were two stores that carries it. I don't think the stores know they carry it because they don't have it. We were so excited to see this on Amazon!! This price is cheaper than the store, so I purchased two cases! I hope we can continue to get this here. We use this coating on chicken and chops.

Love this flavor. Really enhances the chicken. Decent price. It doesn't come with bags but I typically use a gallon plastic bag to mix
