These vitamins are the best!! I've tried several other name brands and either got no results after long term use or I couldn't take because they made me nauseous! These do NOT make me nauseated and I've only been taking them a couple weeks and I'm already seeing their effectiveness, such as hair is healthier and not falling out as much, nails are not as brittle, and just general overall feeling healthier. The coating makes them easy to swallow. Thank you, Nature Made for a great product using great ingredients, that doesn't cost a fortune. Cost is actually the cheapest multivitamin I've bought and works better than all the others!! I like these vitamins . I think the gummies may be more deficient with absorption. For an average vitamin off the shelf I like these vitamins gummies . I just bought another bottle for this year . And I will keep using them over the hard pills that I was taking for years . The taste is mild and pleasant . And who couldn’t use a bit of a boost especially with some vit. C . I take it in the morning with a glass of milk and or coffee . And they are easily bitten in half if you prefer to take one at night and one in the morning . They are exceptionally easy to use at anytime even on the go .

These are great vitamins and great ingredients. I've only been taking them for 2 weeks so I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference. But I will keep taking them and trust the process. I say I haven't noticed any difference in my nails. My nails are very brittle so that's what I'm I'm really hoping for so we will see and they are fat soluble so you have to make sure that you take some fat with them to dissolve them. So take them after a big meal or with a teaspoon of olive oil. I do think it has given me more energy so that's a plus. Also, they are a little bigger pill so if you don't like bigger pills this might not be for you, but I don't have any trouble swallowing it

#1 reason for why I choose this specific vitamin over the others is because I only had to take 1 instead of taking the normal dosage company's say to take which is 2, I have always steered away from taking large pills if I was able to find a 'smaller' alternative. I can not comment on any side effects yet because I just started taking them but I can give you some insight on the size of the pill and ease of swallowing it. In comparison to a Tylenol ER tablet it is only a hair size thicker and longer. I took my Nature Made Multi 50+ with my coffee this morning and immediately I felt the coating on the vitamin start to break down to a slippery feeling. It was easy to swallow. For those of you who still struggle (like myself) you can always try taking it with a thicker type of drink like milk, or with pudding, cottage cheese, apple sauce or possibly even yogurt. I hope this review helps all of you.
