FALSE ADVERTISING???
THESE ARE NOT TUNGSTEN CARBIDE (also they're poorly made)I spark tested both the shafts and cutting surfaces on multiple tools and they are high carbon steel. Not HSS like drill bits, HIGH CARBON STEEL, same as lawnmower blades (ie super cheap). In adition they aren't very sharp and some of tools have visible discontinuities in their grind marks AS WELL AS LARGE BURS (how ironic) ON THE CUTTING EDGES.I'm frankly surprised Amazon allows fake advertising like this. Anyway if you just plan on some light duty wood engraving then these are probably fine, but my recommendation would be to just use a knife.

The burrs came loose in a bag and its never good when sharp
You definitely get what you pay for with these. The burrs came loose in a bag and its never good when sharp, hard, pointy things bang against each other all the way from china. 7 of my burrs were damaged going from slightly chipped to mangled on the ends. The large drum burr and large domed burr don't have very deep flutes or a good rake angle so their cutting potential is limited by that as well as by being damaged somewhat during shipping. The smallest cone and the smallest drum burrs were both bent (not chipped) on the endsI tried all of the burrs (all work was done with a dremel at 15000-25000 RPM) going from soft carving woods like soft pines and basswood where, unsurprisingly, they performed quite well to hardwoods like oak, walnut, and cherry where they performed adequately. They even did a decent job on Brazilian cherry which is the hardest wood I have on hand. On the soft woods they removed material at a fantastic speed and left a decent finish that required minimal cleanup. The poor rake angle definitely showed on the large drums when pressed into the work too hard but a light and steady hand helped mitigate that issue. They had a little but of a tougher time with the hardwoods (duh) but still did an ok job. Keep your speed high and pressure steady and they should work well. I found 20,000 rpm to be optimal but your mileage may vary.Overall not disappointed with the product because the price is pretty low but don't expect to be blown away

Seems ok, good price anyway...
I've used only 1 bit for one smallish carving job but it was in some hard-as-diamonds heart pecan from the very center of a large storm-downed limb. It held up and felt like it still had some cutting edge left. I believe if you are just working with soft woods these bits would be a good buy, assuming the quality is consistent at whatever factory makes them.

Rotary burr set
These bits make the dremmel easy to use and cut exactly how you want. They save you lots of time when carving the wood.
