Moderna Touch-Less Bottle-Less Water Cooler

I'm quite sensitive about the taste of drinking water. I’d been using a bottled water delivery service for 17 years straight because I finally found a brand I liked. But after all the price hikes, insanely high delivery fees, and my growing concern for the environment, I decided to switch to an under-sink reverse osmosis system. The main issue was that I only enjoy cold drinking water so my only option would have been to fill bottles from the faucet and refrigerate them each time which sounded far from convenient. Then I found this Brio device. It claimed to purify water thoroughly and provide both cool and hot water through its dispenser. It sounded too good to be true but turned out great! Installation isn’t obviously plug-and-play, but it’s not too hard either. It took us about two hours (as total amateurs), and it worked perfectly right away. The built-in TDS monitor is very helpful, and the numbers are quite impressive. Our tap water measures around 150 ppm, but with the Brio Moderna, it drops to about 9–20 ppm and the taste is fantastic! The touchless dispensing feature is incredibly unnecessary but undeniably cool :) The water flow speed is just right, the night light is a nice touch, and the overall design looks great (which is one of my priorities as a designer :) I highly recommend it, especially if you’re tired of hauling big bottles or paying for deliveries. It saves a lot of money over time and is far better for the environment.
