OUTSTANDING ! ! ! Yes, it is an electrical component with no moving parts and with little to go wrong. So, it worked exactly as expected. The "OUTSTANDING" rating is for the service. The item was delivered exactly as promised. My pump problem developed on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. The capacitor was ordered the afternoon of the same day. The part was delivered before 10:30 am on Monday. I had it installed and water flowing by 11:00 am. Even with express shipping, the part was cheaper than what I could get it for from a plumbing supply warehouse, with 3-5 days shipping. I am ordering a second capacitor to have on hand for when the problem develops again. Pump and water issues always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times.

Cleaned up the points on my existing unit, this one was a little larger than the factory one oh, but wait hold it in there. Replace back the old unit to test it out, works fine and dandy. Now I will keep using the brand new one, and keep this capacitor in the rebuilt old one as a backup, beats the heck out of paying a hundred bucks for a whole new unit. Recommended

Capacitors as a rule don't last very long. I've had to make trips to Lowes at night to replace the well pump control unit/motor starter. I ordered these capacitors, replaced the ones in my burnt out old units. They were exact fits. I have already had my latest Lowes unit go out. I just had to pull the cover and plug in the new cover & I was back in business. I can delay doing the dishes & even taking a shower, but flushing the commodes is not an activity that can be put off very long.

This item was exactly what was needed to replace a faulty start capacitor in my water well's pump motor control box. It met the original factory specifications for the system, unlike the one that failed. After five minutes of easily installing the unit, my well is happily pumping away with no problems. Capacitor works correctly.

This capacitor was an exact replacement part to get my 1HP well pump working again. The capacitor is installed inside my Franklin Electric 2801084915 Control Box. The old capacitor was blown. There is a "blow out" port on the end of the capacitor next to the electrical lugs that should be white and not swollen. My old one was yellow-brown and blown out. The capacitor is a B.M.I. brand 105-126 MFD (uF) 1.0 HP, 1.5 HP and 2 HP Well Pump Control Box Motor Start Capacitor 275464113 for Franklin 2801084915.

From the day of setup to today never had any issue and getting even more speed than I'll ever need. Love all the features it has.

These are an exact replacement for the starting capacitor in my well pump box. I can change the capacitor myself for less than $25 or I can pay for a service call plus pay for the replacement of the entire box for $175. This is a no-brainer. I will always have a spare on hand so I can restore order quickly when my pump quits.
